Based on a series of signal process and noise source identification techniques, especially the major noise source identification methods, such as expurgation method, sound intensity analysis, spectrum analysis vibro-acoustic correlation analysis and so on, the pass-by noise control of SC7080A and SC6360B are studied in detail. By the roadway and dais experiments, the major noise and radiating parts are identified and some economical controlling methods are made. For the SC7080A, to control the emissing noise from the intake and shell vibration of air cleaner, a intake muffler is installed between the air cleaner and intake valve. Based on the theory of Helmholtz resonator, One three-parallel-connected resonant silencer is designed and trial-manufactured. For the SC6360B, the attenuation performance of exhaust muffler in high frequency region is improved. To reduce the vibration noise of shell part, the structure of oil sump tank, exhaust manifold shield and exhaust manifold shield are analyzed and improved. At the same time, some measures, such as sound absorption, sound insulation, are taken to reduce the noise of engine surface emissivity and a sound shield is designed.
本文首先综述了目前国内外汽车加速噪声控制的现状、主要方法和技术措施,在此基础上,结合SC7080A和SC6350B汽车的车外加速噪声水平及现状,综合运用分别运行法、声强法、频谱分析法、声振相干函数法等现代噪声源识别方法,对SC7080A和SC6360B汽车进行了准确详细的车外加速噪声源识别并提出了经济可行的控制方案,针对SC7080A,主要在空气滤清器和进气阀门之间的进气管道上加装进气消声器,抑制空气滤清器壳体表面和进气口两处的噪声辐射,根据Helmholtz共振腔原理设计了三腔并联旁支型共振消声器,并进行了工程化设计和试制;针对SC6360B,主要改善了排气消声器在高频段的消声性能,对罩壳类零件进行了结构改进,降低了其表面噪声的辐射,并对发动机舱进行了吸声、隔声处理,设计了发动机隔声罩。

According to the studied results at present, the studied objects are mainly thin plate and beam about sound radiation mode, a method computed sound radiation mode of complex structure is presented in this dissertation, according to the results of the previous two chapter, a theoretical method to solve acoustical radiation mode and acoustical radiation efficiency of complex structure by boundary element method and acoustical radiation theory is posed, the acoustical radiation power is expressed as a Hermitian quadratic form, while the radiation modes is determined by general eigenvalue decomposing, and then the radiation efficiency is computed via the orthodoxy of radiation modes with regard to impedance matrix and average velocity matrix; lastly, the validity of the method is proved by pulsating sphere and radiating cube with analytical results. According to results of the form three chapter, the structure sound radiation sensitivity is studied in detail, the sound radiation power of structure can be expressed as positive Hermitian quadratic form, the sound radiation sensitivity can be expressed as two parts by partial differential with respect to design variable, which are sensitivity of boundary velocity and impedance matrix, combined with the theory of FEM and BEM, the structure sound radiation can be translated to the analysis of structure dynamic sensitivity and impedance matrix sensitivity. The theory posted in this dissertation is tested by the FEM software ANSYS and the software AAS programmed by author.

The paper describes the selection principle of primary schemes for C-GIS and determines the general structure arrangement by comparing different elements and box structure, analyzes the insulating characteristics of SF6 gas and calculates the SF6 gas clearance and along surface insulation. It puts forward the factors that should be considered and strength analysis methods when designing gas chamber structure and analyzes the reasons of influencing the temperature rise of gas chamber and offers the ways of radiating. The vacuum circuit breaker and three-position disconnector are designed for C-GIS and special micro-computer controller for the three-position disconnector is developed. On the basis of new type sensors, suitable control and protection system for C-GIS is suggested. The type test items for C-GIS and its internal elements are introduced to prove that the development is successful.

In this thesis, the radiation principle and the structure of slot antenna are studied and the impacts on its performance of every structure parameter in a slot antenna design are analyzed. On this foundation, a design plan of planar slot array antennas is proposed. The design has some structural feature as follows:(1) with different dielectric layers and microstrip line structure to guide the electromagnetic wave effectively;(2) the feeding network formed of microstrip line can match with the radiating slots expediently;(3) in order to increase the bandwidth of the antenna, the wider slot and branched feeding microstrip line are adopted to form a double resonance.
