This dissertation refers 4 main contents: firstly, it is the analysis of the connotation and character of the logistics park; it analyses the logistics park's concept, functions, assorter and the relationship with the logistics system and national economic and social development. Secondly, it is the research of the development actuality about the logistics park, after using the foreign experience for reference; it forecasts the demands of the logistics in the Straits Western Side Economic Zone based on the study of the status quo. Thirdly, it is the study of the logistics park spatial structure; it describes the way to lay out the logistics park in 3 different levels as province, city and country. Finally, it is research of work mechanism and the policy measure about the construction of logistics park.
