Objective To investigate the effect of Green on the cure of deep caries and reversible pulpitis.

Serious wear of natural teeth do great harm to tooth , periodontal tissue , oro-maxillofacial system, muscular tissue, temporomandibular joint . As a result, dentin hypersensitiveness , pulpitis , periodontitis, food impaction and dysfunction of TMJ may appear .

天然牙严重磨耗会对牙体硬组织﹑牙周组织﹑口颌系统肌肉组织以及颞颌关节造成损伤，在临床上表现为牙本质过敏﹑牙髓炎﹑牙周炎症﹑食物嵌塞，甚至颞颌关系紊乱综合症。

Methods 200 cases with chronic pulpitis or periapical periodontitis were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups: experiment group and control group; one-time root canal filling was performed in experiment group while multiple root canal filling was performed in control group; the curative effect in both groups was observed.

随机各选择慢性牙髓炎、根尖周炎患者200例，分为实验组与对照组各100例，实验组采用一次性根管充填治疗，对照组采用多次法根管充填治疗，观察两组治疗效果。

(1) The 2% glutaraldehyole pulpotomy has the function of killing bacteria and could cure deep caries and early pulpitis;(2) The curative effects of six months after operation is better than that of three months and of upper jaw is better than that of lower jaw by using 2% glutaraldehyole pulpotomy;(3) The prognosis of 2% glutaraldehyole pulpotomy depends on selecting indication and the patients cooperation in the course of operation;(4) It must be early performed with the root canal therapy that the cases of further developing apicitis, the absorption of root apiex is over 1/3, the pulp necrosis and periapical disease.

(1) 2%戊二醛活髓切断术具有杀菌的功能，对于深龋及早期牙髓炎可以治愈；(2) 2%戊二醛活髓切断术治疗乳磨牙牙髓炎六个月后的疗效明显好于三个月的疗效，上颌组疗效明显好于下颌组；(3) 2%戊二醛活髓切断术的预后取决于适应证的选择及治疗过程中患儿的配合程度；(4)对于进一步发展为根尖炎的病例及根尖吸收超过1/3、牙髓坏死和根尖周有病变者，应及早行根管治疗术。

It shows in clinic as tooth sensitivity, pulpitis,periodontitis,food impaction ,deformation of basifacial caused of loss of occlusal height, temporomandibular disorder syndrome, etc. The wear property of artificial tooth material will lead a direct effect to restoration result, when it exists in oral environment. It will cause tooth enamel loss too much in a very short period, if the wear property of artificial tooth superior to tooth enamel; but if it is inferior to tooth enamel, serious wear will occur on restoration occlusions, which will lead to loss of bite functions and even decrease of occlusal vertical dimension, disorder of bite functions, etc. Therefore, it is important to artificialtooth material not only it"s biotic compatibility, mechanical function, chemistry property but also it"s wear property.

当口腔中存在修复体时，人工牙材料的磨耗性能也直接影响临床修复的效果，当其磨耗性能强于天然牙釉质门时，将会引起天然牙釉质过度磨耗；当其磨耗性低于天然牙釉质时，又会在较短时期内引起修复体咬合面磨损过度，失去咬合功能，严重者甚至出现咬合垂直距离降低，咬合功能紊乱等症状因此，对于人工牙材料除了考虑生物相容性、机械性能及化学性能外，还应考虑到材料的磨耗性能，而磨耗率的测定一直是评价天然牙及人工牙磨耗性能的优越指标之一。
