The ubiquitin proteolytic system is an important selective proteolytic system of the celler proteolytic systems, a number of them were identified as a ubiquitin chain assembly factor-E4. The U-box protein is a new family ubiquitin-protein ligase(E3), which determine the substrate specificity of ubiquitination.
