In the coating, the nodular defect was observed to worsen severely the properties. For testing under oxidation condition, the nodular defect results in the internal oxidation of Al. No single Al oxide scale may be formed at 1100℃ owing to consumption of Al. Under hot corrosion, it becomes as short-path for diffusion of S through the coating, thus sulphuring the coating together with the substrate. During thermal shock testing, it may act as the source of cracking, and moreover, if cyclic stress applied, the cracks propagate toward the substrate, the thermal fatigue properties of coating will be worsened.

General trend is as follow: HK＞ND＞CK. By variance analysis, treatment and control has obvious difference.(3) Initating status of lateral root anlage is definite related with contents of endogenous hormone. Occurring of lateral root is as the result of some endogenous hormone corresponded and playing manysided role, especially IAA plays important role in the cause of inducing to occurring of lateral root anlage.(4) The use of seed coating may elevate the number of lateral root anlage occurring and shorten the time of lateral root anlage occurring, especially the effect of Chemical control seed coating is better.

结果表明：(1)种衣剂包衣后，侧根原基发生区长度明显比对照(不包衣的种子为对照，用CK表示)增加，从大到小依次为：HK＞ND＞CK；(2)种衣剂处理加快了侧根原基的发生进程，总的趋势是HK＞ND＞CK，经F检验表明，处理和对照差异极显著；(3)侧根原基的发生状况与侧根原基发生区内源激素的含量有一定的关系，侧根的发生是几种植物内源激素相互协调、综合作用的结果，其中生长素类物质在诱导侧根原基的发生过程中起主导作用；(4)应用种衣剂可以提高侧根原基发生的数量，缩短侧根原基的发生时间，其中以化控种衣剂效果最好。

The results show that α-Al2O3 in the two kind s of coatings decreases while the γ-Al2O3 increases after spraying. Rutile-TiO2 transforms to brookite-TiO2 and the inners tress of coating was increased so as to aggravate the expansion of cracking. The pores are small but dense in the conventional coating while bigger but loose in the nano-structured coating. The pores in the nano-structured coating exist almost inside the partially melted region. The pores generated during spraying and the cracks generated during the course of thermal oxidization because of thermal stress are the direct reasons why coatings fail.

结果表明：2种粉末在喷涂之后，涂层中的α-A12O3均有所减少，生成了γ-Al2O3，金红石TiO2相转变成了板钛矿型TiO2相，增加了涂层的内应力，加剧了裂纹的扩展；常规微米涂层中的孔洞细小但密集，纳米涂层中的孔洞较大但不密集，且大部分的气孔都存在于部分熔化区的内部；涂层在喷涂过程中所生成的气孔以及热氧化过程中由于热应力而产生的裂纹是造成涂层失效的直接原因。

The polyurea coating was tested with Taber tribomachine and the highp ressure water jet erosion tester for studying the wear behavior of polyure coating under conditions of dry friction and highspeed water jet contained sand. The morphology of the coating was observed with SEM and Chromatic confocal 3D Profiler. The surface component of test samp les was measured by FT2IR Spectrometer and Electron Energy Disperse Spectroscopy. The p roperties of polyurea coating under two testing conditionswas analyzed.
