Aimed at the characteristics that design conditions of the foundation structures of offshore long-span-bridges are different from that of common bridges, the partial factors, the target reliability indices and the factors of wind load in different design fields were all analyzed. Then, three levels of target reliability indices which are 1.5, 2.0 and 2.3 respectively, and the corresponding factors of frequent value and quasi-permanent value of live loads based on JCSS model code with JC method were suggested.

Based on the existing work, we give the detailed introduction of factors, such as soil texture, wind velocity, vegetation, crop stubble mulch, soil moisture, terrain, artificial factors and so on. We also elaborate the quantitative relation between all related factors and wind erosion amount. At last, we summarize the exiting wind erosion controlling measures. The main purpose of this paper is to provide some references for experiment studys on wind erosion of soil and putting forward feasible controlling measures.

本文通过对前人所作研究工作的总结，详细的介绍了土壤质地、风速、植被、作物残茬、土壤湿度、地形、人为因素等影响土壤风蚀的因子，并阐述了各相关因素与风蚀量之间的数量关系；同时总结了当前几种能够有效防治风蚀的措施及其各自的优缺点，旨在为今后开展相关土壤风蚀影响因子的实验研究和提出合理的治理措施提供一定的参考作用。

In order to solve dynamic, complicated and uncertain problems, multi-agents based distributed intelligence decision support systems, description and decomposition of complicated decision tasks, and cooperation and reasoning among multi-agents are elaborated in this paper. The details are given as follows. 1. Agent and ABDIDSS modelsIn allusion to the current problems of research on agents theory models, payoff and probability factors are introduced on the basis of mental state models of classical BDI of agent and joint BDI of multi-agents in this paper, mental state models of individual agents and joint metal state models of group agents based on payoff and probability factors are built up. Introducing payoff and probability factors satisfies requirements of uncertainty and self-benefit of agents to the environments.

本文针对动态的、复杂的以及不确定问题，以基于多Agents的分布式智能决策支持系统及复杂决策任务的描述与分解、多Agents之间的协作与推理机制为研究内容，具体的研究内容如下： 1、Agent和ASDIDSS模型针对当前多Agents理论模型研究存在的问题，文章在经典Agent的BDI以及联合BDI等心智状态模型基础上引入效用与概率因子，建立基于效用与概率因子的个体Agent的心智状态模型以及群组Agent联合心智状态模型，引入效用与概率因子满足Agent对环境的不确定性以及自利性的要求。

Single factor experiments were done with the factors including the width of protrusion and the trolley's velocity, which showed that the surface frictional coefficient decreases with the width of protrusion increasing, and doesn't change with the trolley's velocity changing, which was consistent with the results of the orthogonal experiment. A theoretical model of the horizontal projection of a corrugated bionic surface's contact area was built, which showed that the contact area's horizontal projection decreases with width and interval increasing respectively and that the ratio of the contact area's horizontal projection and the vertical load decreases with the vertical load increasing. It indicated that the surface frictional coefficient decreases with the above three factors increasing respectively. Finite element modeling and analysis of interactions of a plate and soils was done using ANSYS, which showed that the plate frictional coefficient is little relative to soil elastic modulus and decreases with vertical surface pressure and that trolley's pull and vertical displacement of bionic surface's control pilot keep constant almost during the plate being pulled. Finite element modeling and analysis of interactions of a corrugated bionic surface and soils was done using ANSYS, which showed that surface frictional coefficient is little relative to soil elastic modulus and decreases with bionic surface's structural parameters and vertical pressure increasing. However, the three factors all didn't affect the surface frictional coefficient remarkably on the condition of 90% dependability. For the first time, bionic surfaces were applied to screw piles, which formed bionic screw piles, and the contrast experiments showed the bionic screw pile had certain resistance-decreasing effects.
