So that the heating process of slab can be adjusted dynamically according to the heating quality of the slab, and energy consumption can be reduced, the rolling security can be ensured as well.

The generality of the model and the simplification of identification and control method together with the simulation results show that the above strategy has strong possibility to nonlinear system and high order system identification for process industries and the excellent control performances superior to a standard PID controller for the same process.
