Cows in the perinatal period were used in the experiment.Through clinical symptom and laboratory examination, they were divided into five groups that were healthy multiparity cows,healthy primiparity cows,cows with fatty liver disease, cows with ketosis and cows with rtention fetal membrance. We experimented blood of antepartum 15,8,1 day and postnatal 1,8,15,22 day,then assayed Thyroid hormone, thyroid-stimulating hormone, Iodine ,Selenium, GSH-Px in blood-serum. At last,we analysed data by statistical way .

本实验以处于围产期的57头奶牛为研究对象，通过实验室检查结合临床症状查出其中健康的经产牛、健康的初产牛及患酮病、患脂肪肝、患胎衣不下的自然病例，在奶牛产前15天，产前8天，产前1天，产后1天，产后8天，产后15天和产后22天分别采颈静脉血，检测血清中甲状腺激素(T4和T3)、促甲状腺激素、碘、硒和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的含量、摸索出其动态变化并作了统计分析。

结果］ 单因素分析，达到统计学显著性水平的危险因素有乳腺良性疾病史、BMI指数高、初潮年龄早、肿瘤家族史、初产年龄大、流产次数多、未产年龄大和行经时乳房涨痛。哺乳和饮用井水是保护因素。

and Suggestions: This study found that immigration women were younger than native primiparity in Taiwan. Different nationality women had different rate on Cesarean section. Except for medical factors, there are some other non-medical factors that will affect delivery methods, such as parturient willingness, obstetricians' suggestions and attitude about virginal delivery.

结论与建议：由本研究结果发现外籍产妇生产年龄普遍较台湾产妇年轻，不同国籍产妇剖腹产比例有所差异；除了医疗因素影响生产方式外，产妇本身选择生产方式之意愿，产科医师是否有鼓励产妇选择自然产的态度亦是影响产妇决定生产方式的非医疗因素。
