Result: 1. The situation of HIV infection in gastro-mucosal tissues:(1) Our study found HIV gag sequence in not only CD4~+ T cells but also mucosalepithelial cells, gland epithelial cells in lamina propria and spindle stromal cells;(2) HIV p24 was expressed in T cells, plasmocyte, and a few mucosa epithelial cells, gland epithelial cellls and dell epithelial cellls.

结果：1.HIV在胃黏膜中的感染状况：(1)HIV感染者胃黏膜内HIVgag区基因不仅见于CD4~+T细胞等免疫细胞中，少数胃黏膜上皮、腺上皮、小凹内上皮细胞和间质梭形细胞中亦有阳性杂交信号；(2)HIV感染者尸检胃黏膜内HIVp24蛋白于T细胞、浆细胞及少部分胃黏膜黏膜上皮、腺上皮及小凹上皮细胞中呈阳性表达。2。

Results In 9 cases of endometrial biopsy of materials by uterine curettage, the cells of endometrial stromal sarcomas of 6 cases were well differentiated and like stromal cells of endometrial hyperplasia; the cells of endometrial stromal sarcomas of 3 cases were poor differentiated, the cells of 2 were like that of malignant lymphoma, and another like that of pleomorphous sarcoma. In 9 cases were found the distribution of vessels cluster like endometrial corkscrew small artery. The tumor cells were grew along lymphatic or protruded in lymphatic, and there were small islands or small pieces of tumor cells in the interspace of muscles in 2 cases. The contrastive observation of the specimens of resected uterines of 9 cases confirmed the valve of above features to the confessed diagnosis of endometrial stromal sarcomas in the materials of endometrial biopsy or uterine curettage.

有3例分化差者，其中2例酷似恶性淋巴瘤，1例酷似多形性肉瘤。9例均见簇状分布的子宫内膜螺旋小动脉样的小血管分布，2例见瘤组织沿淋巴管和突入淋巴管内生长及小片平滑肌组织的肌间隙内有小灶状或小片状瘤组织分布。9例子宫切除标本的对比观察，进一步证实了上述特征对宫内膜活检或刮出物确诊子宫内膜间质肉瘤的价值。

Comparing with control group, CD4~+ T cells of AIDS patient were markedly depleted in gastro-mucosal tissues(P＜0.01), but in presymptomatic patients CD4~+ T cells were not significantly different. CD3~+ T cells, CD8~+ T cells and NK. cells were notably increased (P.01), and they severely infiltrated glands and epitheliums in gastro-mucosal tissues. And the quantity and distribution of CD20~+ B cells between patients and control group were not obviously different.

Primary culture of goat mammary gland cells could be derived by outgrowth of migrating cells from fragment of tissue. Fibroblast and epithelial cells could be pured according to their different sensibility to trypsin. Complex cultures treated by 0.25% trypsin in Hanks' for 5~7min at 37℃, the dispersed cells were mainly fibroblasts,then the rest treated by 0.15% trypsin-0.02% EDTA in Hanks'for 5~8min at 37℃, the majority cells harvested were mammary epithelial cells.

RESULTS: NK cells represent a unique subset of lymphocytes that have no restriction by MHC antigens and have the ability to lyses certain tumor cells without the requirement for prior immune sensitization of the host. In addition, NK cells can also produce cytokines and regulate the function of other immune cells. So, it is emerging to apply NK cells as therapeutic agents against a broad range of malignancies. In this respect, the anti-tumor activity of NK cells is the key factor of NK-cell-based immunotherapy.
