摘要］ 目的探讨治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效方法。方法对2001年2月～2005年2月1640例慢性前列腺炎患者，行经皮穿刺前列腺注药治疗。结果随访4年治愈率达65%(1066/1640)，有效率达100%(1640/1640)，无明显副作用发生。结论药物直接注射至前列腺内是治疗慢性前列腺炎的一种安全、有效的方法。
