Abstract] objective to understand the medical institutions in the use of pressure steam sterilizer in the effect and the influencing factor,explore regulatory measures.methods with the spot investigation and scene examination,3mtmattest pressure steam sterilization and biological indicator train was used to monitor the effectiveness of disinfection.results in the monitoring of the 238 chinese medical institutions equipped with pressure steam sterilizer 337 units,the sterilization rate was 95.2%,medical institutions had different levels of disinfection and sterilization equipment,a large gap was between the level of management,equipment failure,non-standard operation,operator training without sterilization were the main reasons for failure.conclusion in medical establishment with the pressure steam sterilizer,antiseptic qualified rate is not too high,strengthening the pressure steam sterilizer purchase card management,standardizing the operation,stepping up supervision are the key to increase pressure steam sterilizer sterilization effect.
目的 了解医疗机构使用中压力蒸汽灭菌器使用效果及影响因素,探讨监管措施。方法采取现场调查及现场检测相结合的方法,采用3mtmattest压力蒸汽灭菌生物培养指示剂进行消毒效果监测。结果在监测的238家医疗机构中共有压力蒸汽灭菌器337台,灭菌合格率为95.2%,各级医疗机构对消毒灭菌设备的管理程度差距较大。设备发生故障、操作不规范、操作人员未经培训等是造成灭菌不合格的主要原因。结论医疗机构使用中压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌合格率不高,加强对压力蒸汽灭菌器进货索证管理,规范操作,加大监管力度是提高压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果的关键。

The calculation and experiment results show that the maximum lifting pressure performance decreases with the increase in throat diameter of channel of variable section, water flux of low pressure and pressure ratio of steam nozzle, and has its minimum value with water nozzle annular space. The coefficient of maximum lifting pressure performance may be as high as 26. In the design of steam injector, the larger pressure ratio of steam nozzle and the smaller water nozzle annular space are selected, the higher lifting pressure performance could be obtained.

At the same time, combining with the actual condition of delivery pipeline of our country and some prevalent leak detection and location methods, this paper raised a method, which is based on wavelet analysis and negative- pressure-wave to detect and locate the leakage. Jobs in the paper are as follows:As affected by gas density, pressure, specific heat and pipe material, the velocity of negative-pressure-wave improved depending on the energy conservation. At one time, taking the affection of velocity of gas flow, the location formula was modified in some degree.When locating the leaks with location formula, the iterative approach algorithm was adopted as a new method to increase the location accuracy level of system.Multi-scale decomposition and reconstruction of wavelet transform is utilized to filter the noise of negative-pressure-wave, which was brought by leakage. With the capacity to detect the signal singularity fast and accurately, wavelet transform was used to catch the break point of pressure signal. The work improved the accuracy of At in location formula, accordingly improved the location accuracy.Wavelet is a suitable tool for signal analysis. The distinct character is that the mother-wavelet is of optional. That means choosing different mother-wavelet will get different analysis result. So we studied how to choose mother-wavelet and its scale for signal singularity detection. The method is to choose a wavelet by regularities of the wavelet and the signal.Finally, a plan, which bases on SCADA system for inspection and detection of natural gas leakage, is proposed in the article.

Based on the item of national high technology development project, the thesis studies the reasonable construction pattern of the tunnel portal, incidence of the micro-pressure wave and the the effect of bell-mouthed hood, lacunaris hood and expansile hood on alleviating the micro-pressure wave in the situations of single line and double line, obtains the relationship between the max micro-pressure wave and the velocity of the train as well as the relationship between the max micro-pressure wave and distance of measuring point at the velocity of 100km/h-550km/h, compares the different alleviative effect of the three different hood to max micro-pressure wave and finally proposes the reasonable construction pattern of the tunnel portal.
本文针对国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)课题"磁浮交通沪杭线越黄浦江隧道的工程技术问题研究",在单洞单线和单洞双线两种工况下,对隧道洞口的合理结构形式和影响范围,以及洞口喇叭形入口缓冲段、多孔壁入口缓冲段以及隧道出口膨胀室对减缓微压波的作用进行了研究,得到了磁浮列车速度在100km/h~550km/h时隧道出口微压波最大值与速度的关系以及微压波最大值与测点距离的关系,比较了三种不同形式缓冲结构对微压波最大值的减缓效果,提出了隧道洞口的合理结构形式。

According to evaluation of the thermal, hydraulic, environmental and mechanic characteristics and energy performance of building and VAV air-conditioning system, and evaluation of the control performance of local control loops using the simulator of VAV system, this paper presents five on-line supervisory control strategies for local control loops: on-line optimization of VAV supply air static pressure set-point, on-line optimization of AHU supply air temperature set-point, on-line optimization of on/off set of CAV sub-system, on-line optimization of outdoor air set-point and on-line optimization of chilled water secondary pump pressure set-point.

Meanwhile, the influences of ignition advance angle, load and rotation speed on cyclical variation were also investigated.
