Stability, robustness and oscillation of differenct uncertain time-delay systems are analyzed. Synthetical time-delay control schemes are proposed, including robust stabilizing control, variable structure control, robust dissipative control and so on. Industrial time-delay system model are established based on the theorematic results and industrial requirements. Pratical control algorithms and APC-software are developed and applied to practical process successfully.

Seasonal variation of the distributions of microorganism in the root-zones of wetland plants (Phragmites australis, Zizania latifolia, Zizania latifolia etc.), the substrate layers of control SSPs, together with the effects of wastewater treatment were studied. The results are as follows: the numbers of microorganisms in the different plant root-zones were different; the purification effects were also different. The number of microorganisms in the substrate of the control plot becomes smaller with increasing depth. The numbers of bacteria in fall were higher than those in the summer for the three plant zones and the control, and the number of fungi and actinomyces in summer was much higher than that in the fall for control. As for fungi and actinomyces in the experimental systems, most of their difference between the summer and fall were not as big as that in the control.

Aiming at the currently shortage of XML streams quality detecting, this paper proposes a new forecasting method of XML streams quality by least squares support vector machines, which is used the method of XML keys' vector matrix as windows, and vector product wavelet transform to multilevel decompose and refactor the XML streams series, that can fulfill real-time checking demand of XML quality, and ensure constraint, consist- ency and integrality. For even more adapting net load, it proposes a control strategy by weight and adaptive adjustment to ensure XML streams quality.
