Methods Immunoreaction of frozen allograft was studied in 21 cases of bone tumors by detection of T－ lymphocytes, complements and circulating immune complex at 4 days preoperatively and 14,28 days postoperatively in 15 cases, bone scans of 99mTe SPECT at 3,6,9, 12,24,26,48 mouths in 7 of aforementioned 15 and another 3, and biomicroscopy in 3 cases.

本组21例，男9例，女12例；年龄19～59岁，平均30.5岁。15例分别于术前4d及术后14、28d检测其空腹外周血各项免疫学指标，其中7例及另外3例分别于术后3、6、9、12、24、36、48个月进行同位素骨扫描检查，结合3例组织学检查综合观察21例大块冷冻同种异体骨移植后的免疫反应。

Mechods The clinical data of12cases suffering from isolated sphenoid sinus lesions were analyzed retrospectively and the correlated documents reviewed.Results All the12cases were preoperatively diagnosed by CT,MRI,and intranasal endoscopy.The postoperative pathology showed7cases with sphenoid sinustis,2cases with submucous cystis,3cases with mycosis.

Abstract］ objective to explore the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of small bowel diverticular surgical complication.methods 24 cases of small bowel diverticular were retrospectively analysed.results the diagnosis was made preoperatively in 4 duodenal diverticula and only 1 jejunal diverticula.clinical complications included obstruction in 11 cases,bleeding in 4 cases,perforation in 4 cases.23 cases were cured.1 case was died of mof.all the diverticular with complications had histopathological signs of inflammation and 3 had signs of ulcer and 4 had the resected.conclusion the small bowel diverticular is rare.it may diagnose except common reason underwent gastrointestinal bleeding or obstruction.the gi is an effective way of examinations.operation is effective for small bowel diverticular disease.

回顾性分析24例小肠憩室病外科并发症的临床资料。结果术前6例十二指肠憩室中4例确诊，18例空回肠憩室仅1例确诊。小肠憩室伴小肠梗阻11例，憩室出血4例，憩室穿孔4例。23例治愈，1例死于多脏器功能衰竭。有并发症的憩室病理都有炎症表现，5例有溃疡，4例有异位黏膜组织。结论小肠憩室病比较少见。在胃肠出血或梗阻的情况下，可采取对常见原因排除的方法进行诊断。在不需要急诊手术的情况下，钡餐造影是最有效的检查。手术是可靠有效的治疗方法。

We had not found any serious complications happened in both the two groups. For the CAD treatment group, the average degree of enophthalmos is 4.4 mm, and the average number of area appearing diplopia is 4, the numbers decreased to 2.4 mm and 2.5 postoperatively respectively. For the control group, the numbers are 3.75mm and 2.1 preoperatively, 1.17mm and 1.1 postoperatively.

RESULTS The total mortality was 42%, with 36.4% in coronary heart disease patients and 64% in non-coronary heart disease patients (P.05). In patients using IABP preoperatively, the mortality was much lower than that in patients using IABP during or postoperatively (0%, 40%, 50% respectively, P.05). After using IABP, homodynamic data improved and dose of cardiovascular drugs decreased significantly.
