Methods 224 patients with liver biopsy and a positive HBsAg were included in this study. The AUROC of AST、ALT、AST/ALT and APRI were identified by using receiver operating characteristic curves. Finally, based on the object oriented programming, program of accident detecting and checking on freeway is developed by using visual C++ as tool.
