After analyzing the reason of high energy consumption in desulfurization system, which belongs to Datang Huayin Zhuzhou power generation company, we have raised the following transformations: First, in order to improve the density of serous fluid and efficiency of pulping, install the frequency-converter to the recycle pump of ball mill; The second, in order to monitor the parameters real time and long time, change the installation location of densitometer and PH meter in the absorption tower; The third, in order to decrease the station service power consumption rate, change the booster fan according to model; Last,through optimizing the mode of operation desulfurization serous fluid recycle pump, and make good use of PH meter in absorption tower, we have got achievement that increasing desulfurization efficiency and decreasing the desulfurization consumption rate.

针对大唐华银株洲火力发电公司脱硫系统运行能耗高的现状进行分析研究，提出对球磨机循环泵变频改造，提高制浆密度，提高制浆效率；对吸收塔密度计和PH计移位改造，便于对参数长期实时稳定监视；对进行换型改造，降低厂用电率；通过优化脱硫浆液循环泵运行方式，脱硫塔运行PH值等手段，达到提高脱硫效率，降低脱硫厂用电率的效果。

In this paper, Stencil Field Sequential Color (Stencil-FSC) is proposed, and we first utilize a "multi-color field" instead of a conventional "signal-color field" in the color sequence display. The Stencil-FSC method not only can suppress CBU effectively but also can be realized on LCDs by present LC techniques, such as OCB mode LC. Moreover, the method can achieve the a novel green display with ultra-low power consumption (5 Watt for 32 LCD-TV) and high contrast ratio (~6500:1). Consequently, the concept and the results of the paper may complete a next generation color filter less display with high image quality and ultra-low power consumption.
