The dissolubility of PPLA in water was (2.16~4.32)×10-2 mg·mL-1 according to eye judgment. The critical micelle concentration was 2.16×10-2 mg·mL-1 obtained from a fluorospectrophotometer. The self-assembled aggregates of PPLA in water were nanoscale spheres observed by a transmission electron microscope. The particle size and zeta potential tests by dynamic light scattering revealed that during preparation, the ratio of hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity, the aqueous medium and the pH had great influences; while dilution, freezing and pH change to basic condition had no effect after preparation, but pH change to acidic condition made the nanoparticles precipitate.

In this study, Chitosan-Poly complex nanoparticles were prepared by template polymerization of acrylic acid in the chitosan solution. The preparation and characterization of CS-PAA nanoparticles including the yields of the nanoparticles, FT-IR spectrum analysis, dynamic light scattering, zeta potential, and morphology of nanoparticles were concentrated in this study. The effects of temperature, weight ratio of CS and PAA, and pH value on the physicochemical properties of nanoparticles were studied.
本研究中,我们以模板聚合法在几丁聚醣(Chitosan, CS)溶液中聚合丙烯酸(Acrylicacid, AA)以制备几丁聚醣-聚丙烯酸复合奈米颗粒并计算其产率,再以傅利叶红外线光谱仪、动态光散射粒径分析仪(Dynamic light scattering, DLS)、表面电位测定仪及穿透式电子显微镜等仪器分析CS-PAA 复合奈米颗粒之性质,以探讨聚合时温度、聚合反应时间、CS 与AA 之重量比,以及介质pH 值对CS-PAA 复合奈米颗粒结构的影响。

A generalized mathematical model was developed to describe the distribution of over-potential.Dimensionless variables μ and ω that characterize the polarization and influence of side electrode reaction in the system,were derived from modeling.Adomian's decomposition methodADM)was used to solve the nonlinear differential equation of the model to obtain an approximate analytical solution,which was in the form of algebraic expressions of infinite power series.By the solution,the relationship between over-potential distribution and average selectivity could be easily calculated without solving the nonlinear model time and again.

The transfer behavior of pyrazolone derivatives, such as antipyrine, aminopyrine, 4-aminoantipyrine and analgin, across the W/NB interface was investigated. The three medicines studied can form complex with a proton and the complex formed can transfer reversely across the W/NB interface and the transfer process was controlled by diffusion. The transfer of protonated analgin was not observed within potential window because of its high transfer potential.
