Regardless to the research development or industrial application, nano metal powders are extensively discussed. Within these powders, the flammable and explosible nano aluminum, titanium and iron powders produce a great amount production and apply widely. Meanwhile, the surface/volume ratio of powders is increased significantly under nano scale, in which to enhance the ignition opportunity. Thus, the dust explosion hazard risk of nano powders could remarkable rise. In addition, the comparison of explosion phenomenon, test methods and quantification parameters between nano and micro scale is necessary to deeply investigate further. So that this project operates the explosion characteristic experiments to measure and determine such the maximum explosion pressure, minimum explosion concentration and explosion characteristic Kst value on above mentioned three nano metal powders. Expectantly, to provide the appropriate recommendations of safety prevention for nano dust explosion based on the experimental results.
奈米金属粉末无论是研究发展或是工业界应用,目前皆是广泛讨论研究之材料,其中,奈米铝粉、奈米钛粉以及奈米铁粉等可燃、爆性粉末,均有高额产量及大量应用领域,与此同时,在粉末粒径进入奈米尺度的情况下,粉尘比表面积大幅提升,增加此三种粉尘可被点燃的机会,因此,潜在的粉尘爆炸危害风险将广幅增加,另外,微米尺度粉尘爆炸的现象、测试方法以及量化参数是否具有相同的实验尺度基点,也需要深入探讨,故本次计画针对上述三种奈米金属粉末,进行三种不同粒径的爆炸特性参数实验,如最大爆炸压力、最低爆炸浓度以及爆炸特性参数Kst值之量测与计算,期能量化其粉尘爆炸特性,并据此提出适当的安全防护建议。

The results showed that Liquidamba formosana, Quercus acutissima, and Quercus fabri populations had the dominant positions in the forest community of Purple Mountain Area of Nanjing. During the growth process, the mortality of L. formosana, Q. acutissima, and Q. fabri were higher in low age. After entering into the middle-age stage, the upper space was occupied by oak and L. formosana population all died. The mortality of Q. acutissima and Q. fabri populations were increased with the increasing of diameter class. L. formosana population in the Purple Mountain Area of Nanjing belonged to be the typical growing population and Q. acutissima population was a decreasing population. Q. fabri population belonged to be the growing population on the whole, but the diameter class in middle parts was incomplete and the population was difficult to be renewed. Among the studied quadrate, only one dominant population showed an aggregated distribution and other dominant species showed the random distribution. Either, all the dominant species in all the quadrates presented random distribution.
结果表明,枫香种群、麻栎种群和白栎种群在南京紫金山地区森林群落中占有优势地位;枫香种群、麻栎种群和白栎种群在其生长过程中,在低龄时期,死亡率都较高,进入中龄期后,由于上层空间都被栎木占据,枫香种群全部死亡,而麻栎种群和白栎种群的死亡率则随着径级的增大而增大;南京紫金山地区枫香种群属于典型的增长型种群,麻栎种群属于衰退型种群,白栎种群总体上属于增长型群落,但中间径级不完整,种群更新较为困难;在所研究的每一个样方中,一般只有一个优势物种呈聚集分布,而其他优势物种呈随机分布,或样方中所有优势物种都呈随机分布。

The alkali solution concentration and steam explosion process condition were optimized by testing the solubility of soft cellulose after steam explosion before and after treatment towards aq.NaOH with various concentration. It was concluded that the soft cellulose can dissolve in the 9% aq.NaOH solution completely under the condition of explosion pressure 3.0Mpa and explosion time 60s. At the same time, the influence of sweller-thiourea on the new aq. alkali soluble cellulose/NaOH solution was studied in this paper. The dissolving phenomena and the steam explosion mechanism of soft cellulose were discussed.
