In this paper, a new generation polymer of guide-3,4-poly ethylene dioxythio phene was introduced. Preparation processing of PEDT films was studied. Most of principle was recommended. The influence of different process factors on PEDT films properties had been discussed, observing the surface situation ,and studying the relationship between conductivity、surface situation and mensuration of degree of polymerization .
