It was found that increasing pressure for blank can improve the compactedness of blanks so as to make foam aluminium materials with homogeneous pores. Foaming temperature, as one of the main influencing factors on foaming process, should be controlled higher than the melting point of Al or Alalloy to a certain extant in order to keep a reasonable viscosity. Thus, the foam aluminum with homogeneous pores and high porosity is available. As shown by experiments, such materials should be made on conditions that they shall be protected with molten salt under 300?MPa pressure at 675~680?℃.

The screw entry point was located at the tip of transverse process. The average inclination angle should be 10°-20° headward and 30°-40° toward neutral line respectively. The screw was inserted and entered into the vertebral body along the external cortex of pedicle. The integrity of cortical bone around screws, the distance to segmental blood vessels and the penetration of cortex were observed after operation to evaluate the accuracy and safety of screw placement. Among 160 thoracic pedicle screws that were implanted in 34 cases, 148 screws (92.5%) were accurately inserted inside the costotransverse unit, and 12 screws (7.5%) were misplaced according to the image of X-ray and CT thin-slice scan.

Species richness and Pielou evenness index were used to measure species diversity. Species richness in polluted area was 32-67, while in control area it was 47-82. Pielou evenness index of tree layer was 0.1161-0.8509, while those of shrub layer and herb layer were 0.1763-0.3249 and 0.0443-0.2601, respectively. The results showed that both species richness and Pielou evenness index were influenced by the point source pollution. Species importance values showed significant differences between polluted area and control area. Dominance of different species had changed, and some species even disappeared under the pressure of pollution, indicating a process of species replacement in plant communities. Such species replacement can provide a scientific basis for species selection for restoration of human-damaged ecosystem. The natural regeneration of Quercus variabilis was insensitive to pollution, while Cupressus funebris was effected seriously.

KISC shall not adopt the hot metal pretreatment of desiliconization, dephosphorization and desulphurization, but the end-point converter process to improve the dephosphorization effect. But according to the development plan of KISC, with its scale development, upgradeof equipment and technical conditions and implementation of a plan to use high-phosphorus ironstone, its more suitable to adopt the converter-shaped pretreatment of desiliconization, dephosphorization and desulphurization.
