目的 探讨山莨菪碱（654-2）在小儿支气管肺炎中的疗效。方法选择204例患儿随机分为治疗组（654-2加传统疗法）和对照组各102例，进行治疗对比观察。结果治疗组退热时间、哮喘消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、x线检查恢复正常时间、平均住院天数等指标均明显优于对照组p.01）。结论 654-2治疗支气管肺炎疗效非常显著。
