本文以2年生红叶石楠(Photinia×frasery'RedRobin)扦插苗为试材，探讨了不同遮光处理透光率分别为100%(全光照、80%、50%、25%、10%条件下叶片色素含量、可溶性糖含量、苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性、抗氧化酶活性变化及光合作用日变化，同时对其叶色的季节变化及花色素苷的稳定性进行了初步探讨，以掌握红叶石楠叶色变化的生理特征，为红叶石楠的广泛引种栽培及在不同园林环境中的应用提供科学依据。

The results showed that:1. Changes of Photosynthesis and Relative Physiological Characteristics of Photinia frasery Dress Seedlings under Different Drought in SpringAlong with the stress time extended and stress extent increased, leaf water content, photosynthetic pigment content and photosynthetic indexes of Photinia frasery Dress were inhibited in different levels, but the anthocyanin content, MDA content and membrane permeability increased distinctly.

结果表明： 1。不同程度干旱胁迫下红叶石楠叶片光合作用及相关生理特性的变化随着胁迫时间的延长和胁迫程度的加剧，红叶石楠的叶片含水量、光合色素含量以及Pn等光合基本指标都受到了更深程度的抑制，且可利用的光强范围越来越小，而花色素苷含量、MDA含量和细胞膜透性大幅增加，保护酶系统(SOD、POD、CAT)活性随着胁迫时间的延长，总体表现为先升高后降低，但在同一时期，随着胁迫程度的加剧，酶活的变化趋势有异。
