Fourthly, the power of social physical educators in Guangxi universities was so weak that it couldn't satisfy the need of specialty development. The special technical levels of social physical students are weak. Ninthly, in investigation of social physical personnel being demanded by Guangxi area employers, we found that few social physical personnels were demanded by business unit, the state-operated factory and mining enterprise because of being influenced by economical environment. And the more social physical personnels were demanded by social physical directors, fitness centers and each kind of sports association and so on.

这主要表现为：不够科学的课程体系，在实践性教学环节中的重视程度不够，对学生的综合能力、组织管理能力、社会交际能力的培养较为欠缺；4、对社会体育专业的发展需求这一点而言，广西各高校该专业的师资力量还略显薄弱，难以满足社会的需求，主要体现在：缺乏足够的专业教师数量、教师实践能力欠强，尤其缺乏既有较高理论素养又有实践经验的教师；5、社会体育专业的实习基地在广西各高校中都尚未建立起来，同时一些必备的体育场馆的设施也较为缺乏；6、由于入学时广西社会体育专业的学生在运动技术、技能整体水平相对较低，因此在一些专业方向的需求上难以达到满足；7、在专业思想这一方面而言，广西各高校社会体育专业的学生显得不够稳定，主要表现为：淡薄的学生专业观念，模糊的专业认识，不够端正的学习态度，甚至有相当一部分学生准备毕业后改行或有改行倾向；8、广西各高校社会体育专业培养学生目前所具备的能力与当前广西用人单位所需求的社会体育专业人才应具备的能力尚有一定差距，主要体现在：目前社会体育专业学生的专业技术水平较低，组织能力和社会交际能力较为欠缺等。9、在广西地区用人单位对社会体育专业人才需求量的调查中发现：大多数的企事业单位和国营厂矿企业因受到经济大环境的影响，基本上都不设置专职的体育管理人员，对社会体育专门人才的需求量较少，需求量较大的还是社区体育指导员、体育健身中心、各种体育协会等。

objective:through analyzing the result of physical fitness test of children aged 3～6 years old in fengtai district of beijing,there is a scientific guiding to the next working in the future and an enhancement of physical exercise.methods:according to "the test standard of physical fitness for children aged 3～6 years old",we had the physical fitness test on 9 784 children aged 3～6 years old.the result of test was analyzed by statistics analysis.results:it is eucrasia for physical fitness of children.the percengts of excellent grade,good grade,passing grade and not passing grade are 59.12%,23.69%,13.31%,3.88%,the total percent of excellent grade is in creasing with the increasing of the age of children.there is some imbalance in test of subitem.conclusion:physical fitness test of children can guide to child care scientifically.physical exercise is very important to growth and development of children,we should pay much attention to it.

目的：分析北京市丰台区托幼园所3～6岁儿童体质测试结果，为儿童保健工作作科学指导，促进儿童体格锻炼。方法：应用《北京市3～6岁儿童体质测试标准》对我区9 784名3～6岁儿童进行体质测试，将结果进行统计学分析。结果：丰台区3～6岁儿童体质健康状况良好，综合评价优秀级占59.12％，良好级占23.69％，及格级占13.31％，不及格级占3.88％。总体评级优秀率随年龄增大而增高，小年龄组不及格者明显多于大年龄组。我区儿童各单项测试项目发展存在不平衡。结论：进行体质测试可对儿童保健工作起科学指导作用，体格锻炼对儿童生长发育极为重要。

The central government came to a new high level of recognizing the science and technology after 1978, thus, a new policy of clerisy was established and a good political atmosphere, which benefits on popular science development, was formed. Besides, while the government's essential mission was transferred to economical construction, the popular science was accelerated by factors as economical development, social desire and economical treatment. Then, the prosperity of education set a good foundation for the development of popular science. Fourthly, the increase in the number of boffins and a fast advance on science and technology contributed to popular science's development intellectively. All these elements above caused the 2nd fastigium. However, during the last 1980s and early 1990s, confusion occurred to man's sense of worth in the period of economy transformation, which made popular science come to a downturn. As a result, the 2nd fastigium declined.

摘 要：以160名女子柔道运动员为被试，进行运动员心理疲劳以及人格测试，并尝试揭示女子柔道运动员的心理疲劳状况、人格特征以及二者之间的关系。分析得出：我国优秀柔道运动员心理疲劳程度并不严重；运动员在临赛前一个星期较赛前二个月情绪/体力耗竭以及运动的负评价显著提高；人格因素中的兴奋性对成就感的降低以及情绪/体力耗竭两维度均有可靠的负向预测作用；稳定性对运动的负评价维度具有可靠的负向预测作用；紧张性对情绪/体力耗竭有可靠正向预测作用；次元人格中适应与焦虑对成就感的降低以及情绪/体力耗竭均有可靠正向预测作用，内外向性对成就感的降低、情绪/体力耗竭以及运动负评价都有可靠负向预测作用。应用性次元人格中健康者的人格对运动员心理疲劳的对成就感的降低、情绪/体力耗竭以及运动负评价均有可靠的负向预测作用；稳定性、敏感性对临赛前成就感的降低维度的变化有可靠的负向预测作用；次元人格中只有内外向性对临赛前成就感的降低以及情绪/体力耗竭维度的变化有可靠的正向预测作用。
