Median patient age was 42 years (range, 16-77 years), and median lesion diameter was 1.1 cm (range, 0.6-3.6 cm). Of the 57 specimens, 25 had pathological findings favoring a diagnosis of fibroadenoma, 23 favored phyllodes tumor, and nine were equivocal.
