In this thesis, the resonance fluorescence spectra of a A-type three-level atom is calculated, which is driven by two bichromatic fields having the same difference of the frequency. In addition, the influence of the relative phase difference on the fluorescence spectra are considered. It is found that the fluorescence spectra of the atom are deeply depend on the relative difference and the appearance and cancellation of the fluorescence are obtained by changing the relative phase difference.

To establish a MPLC method for the content determination of resveratrol in Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. Et. Zucc, Analytical column SOURCE 5RPC ST 4.6/150 was used with a mixture of acetonitrile+water (30+70,volume ratio ) as mobile phase ,with a flow rate of 1ml/min and the UV detection wavelength was 306nm, The linear range was 0.6-1.6mg/ml (r=0.9919). The average recovery of prodatin was 103.0%-90.4%(RSD=7.21%). The method is convenient and accurate. Result indicated a reverse phase chromatography media based o n polystyrene/divinyl benzene has excellent resolution for resveratrol in cuspidatum. P rovide theoretical support for process development.
