Firstly, we introduce the technology of seismic geometric attribute for fault identification detailedly at home and abroad. Secondly we study the coherence, texture,curvature attribute and tricolor display technology of RGB to identify fault; In the part of coherence,we compare the traditional algorithms with model and actual data,mainly study the geometric structural tensor and wavelet multi-scale sub-frequency coherent algorithm; In the part of texture attribute, we introduce texture energy, texture contrast, texture entropy and texture homogeneity attribute.By merging texture attributes of different directions,the effect are more clear; In the part of curvature attribute,we study and analyze fractional-order curvature attribute's extraction and its application in fault identification; The RGB display technology mainly introduces how to merge multi-attributes in order to getting more richer and more clearer information.

Based on a series of signal process and noise source identification techniques, especially the major noise source identification methods, such as expurgation method, sound intensity analysis, spectrum analysis vibro-acoustic correlation analysis and so on, the pass-by noise control of SC7080A and SC6360B are studied in detail. By the roadway and dais experiments, the major noise and radiating parts are identified and some economical controlling methods are made. For the SC7080A, to control the emissing noise from the intake and shell vibration of air cleaner, a intake muffler is installed between the air cleaner and intake valve. Based on the theory of Helmholtz resonator, One three-parallel-connected resonant silencer is designed and trial-manufactured. For the SC6360B, the attenuation performance of exhaust muffler in high frequency region is improved. To reduce the vibration noise of shell part, the structure of oil sump tank, exhaust manifold shield and exhaust manifold shield are analyzed and improved. At the same time, some measures, such as sound absorption, sound insulation, are taken to reduce the noise of engine surface emissivity and a sound shield is designed.

In this part, the writer states the source, development and basic technical principals of E-mail and analyses its current application status and the importance of effectiveness identification of being evidence. Besides, related international laws on E-mail and lawmaking status in many countries are introduced. Present situation of our country's lawmaking and related model laws since the utilization of E-business and E-mail are also stated and discussed. Part II emphasizes on the differences between E-mail and traditional evidences and generalizes the characteristics of E-mail, i.e.: forgeability, changeability, dependence, uncertainty, duplicatability and transmission. Through the detailed analysis, the writer concludes that it is the above-mentioned characteristics to hinder E-mail becoming the effective evidence. Part III is the key one of this article and mainly discusses the effectiveness identification of E-mail as evidence.
