Objective To review and evaluate the curative effects of coxa fracture in senile patients.Methods We collected the data from 2000 to 2005, the 112 senile patients suffered from coxa fracture have been analyzed.

Results: All of 21 patients had oral cavity ulcer, 16 kids with crissum and hand foot skin rash, 5 patients with hand foot herpes.

结果： 21例患者均有口腔疱疹、溃疡， 4例发热， 16例合并有肛周及手足皮疹， 5例合并有手足疱疹；诊断后除1例患儿转诊后方医院外，其余患儿均就地隔离治疗， 1周后痊愈，局部无手足口病的暴发流行。

Results Of the 338 patients followed-up (range =6 months to 16 years), 327(96.75%) had normal configuration and function. 11 patients (3.25%) developed cubitus varus deformity. No other complication was encountered.

结果 经6个月～16年随访观察，327例外形和功能完全恢复正常，占96.75%，11例发生不同程度肘内翻畸形，占3.25%，未发生其他并发症。
