Fenestration laminectomy of L3、5 and part of S1 was performed and the lower threshold dorsal rootlets of L2、3、5、S1 were selectively sectioned judging by electrical stimulation on the patients with lower extremities involved. Open-door laminaplasty of C5-7 and selective posterior rhizotomy of C5-8 were performed on 5 patients with upper limbs involved simultaneously in half a year. For 2 patients with lumbar stenosis or protrusion of intervertebral disc or unstable lumber, internal fixation of pedicle screw was performed while SPR.

针对下肢痉挛患者采用L3、L5及部分S1椎板开窗，通过电刺激测阈值法选择性切断部分L2、3、5，S1脊神经后根；5例合并上肢痉挛瘫患者半年后采用颈后C5~C7单开门法，选择性切断部分C5~C8脊神经后根。2例合并腰椎不稳定、椎管狭窄及腰椎间盘突出，则术中在行SPR的同时行椎管减压，突出椎间盘髓核摘除，并行经椎弓根内固定。

Methods Arthroscopic inside-out suture of meniscal transverse injury in 36 patients(37 knees), including 26 males(27 knees) and 10 females at the age of 14-55 years(mean 29.5±11.1 years), was retros pectively analyzed. Of the 36 patients, 23 and 13 had lateral and medial meniscal injury, respectively. Twelve patients were complicated by ACL injury.

Results: Restaging showed 14 cases with stage ⅢA disease, 11 with stage ⅢC, 1 with stage IVA and 3 with stage IVB. The overall 5-year survival for all patients was 48.3%, and for stage Ⅲ patients was 52%. There were four patients with stage IV disease, three of them died during the follow-up. In addition, the overall 5- year survival rate was statistically higher in grade 1 and 2 than in grade 3 in superficial myometrial invasion and in the radiation group.

结果：重新病理分期后有14名患者为第ⅢA 期、11名患者为第ⅣC期、1 名为第ⅣA期、 3名为第ⅣB期，全部病患五年整体的存活率为48.3%；第三期病患的五年存活率为52%；而4名第四期的患者有3名死亡；五年存活率在细胞分化度佳、浅肌层侵犯、辅助放疗等情形下有显著差异；高龄病息亦可见低的五年存活率，但未达显著差异。
