Methods:plasmatic neuropeptid y concentration was determined with radioimmunoassay in 38 schizophrenia patients and 20 normal controls.results: compared with normal controls, plasmatic neuropeptid y concentration in schizophrenia patients was significant decreased (t=9.49,p.01).there were significant difference in plasmatic neuropeptid y of patients before and after clozapine treatment (t=2.20,p.05).conclusions: the results suggest that there are abnormal metabolism in plasmatic neuropeptid y of schizophrenia patients .

采用放射免疫法测定38例精神分裂症患者及20例正常对照者的血浆神经肽y含量。结果：精神分裂症患者血浆神经肽y含量较对照组低，差异非常显著（t＝9.49，p.01）。精神分裂症患者经氯氮平治疗4周，患者症状好转后，其血浆神经肽 y含量较治疗前显著升高(t=2.20，p.05)。

Results In 3 presymptomatic patients, no clinical abnormalities were found. Among 28 patients with symptoms, 23 patients (82%) had their symptoms and signs subsided or much improved, 2 patients(7%) remained unchanged, and 3(11%) died.

Results Nephroscopic channel was successfully established by one puncture in 13 patients with hydronephrosis and 17 patients without hydronephrosis. For the remaining 15 patients without hydronephrosis, nephroscopic channel was established by repeated puncture. The patients with intensity of antibodies against monocytes PRA more than ≥50% only accounted for 1.87%, 10%＜ MPRA ＜50% for 17.62% and MPRA ＜10% 15.44%,respectively.

Results All patients had no bladder and urethra injury, no retropubic hematoma, After removal of catheters, 47 patients successfully voided without incontinence, detrusor instability to various degrees developed in 8 patients and were relieved by expectant treatment. 1 suffered urination difficulty and cured by releasing tension sling. All patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months (mean 6 months), neither recurrence of SUI nor lower urinary tract obstruction was found. No graft rejection and inflammation occurred.
