There was negative correlation among anxiety evaluation, depression evaluation and 8 health conceptions of the FD patients (p 0.001). 9. There existed negative correlation respectively among the total scores of life events and negative life events scores with 6 health conceptions of the FD patients (p 0.05) and 7 health conceptions of the FD patients (p 0.05), there was no significant correlation among the favorable life events scores and the health-related quality of life of FD patients.

The malignant tumors included osteogenic osteosarcoma,metastasis tumor(six patients,two with pathologic fractures),chondrosarcoma,malignant fibrous histiocytoma (three patients,one with pathologic fracture),fibrosarcoma,and solitary myeloma.all patients received limb savage procedure with custom knee prosthesis including sevnteen cases of hinge joint and twentyone cases of posterior stability joints.Results One of nine patients with benign tumors was lost for followedup,one patient died of unrelated disease,the remained patients have excellent function in five patients,good function in one case,and one poor according to the Enneking evaluating system.the limb salvage rate was 100％.Seven patients were lost for followedup in twentynine of malignant tumors,two patient with malignant fibrous histiocytoma received amputation due to local recurrence nine months postoperatively.Ten patients had excellent function,four good and six poor among the followedup patients.The type of prosthesis in six of all patients with poor function was hinge.

Results In those patients with marrow invasion , 4 cases in I phase（4.2%）,12 cases in II phase（12.6%）,36 cases in Ⅲ phase（37.9%）and 43 cases in Ⅳ phase(47.4%);small lymphocytic、diffuse cleaved cell、lymphoblastic lymphoma are main pathologic types;patients with mediastinal lymphadenectasis、splenomegaly and spleen violations are prone to catch bone marrow involvement;56 cases of anemia in patients with bone marrow involuement(58.9%), 42 patients with thrombocytopenia (44.2%),27 cases with leukopenia (28.4%),49 cases of patients leukocyte increased (51.6%),so,anemia is common;three were 30 cases with three items abnormal（31.6％）and 65 cases with one item abnormal at least (68.4%),the incidence of abnormal peripheral blood in leukocythemia patients were higher than that in patients with bone marrow infiltration,Particularly the patients with increased leukocyte or three items abnormalities were more common in leukemia; Abnormal cells in peripheral blood were observed in 66 cases (69.5%); chemotherapy efficiency reached 65.2% in the patients with bone marrow involuement,the median survival time was 11.5 months.

Results In the 121 patients, 47 patients(39%) were accommodative failure, 66 patients(55%) were lag of accommodation checking with FCC, 53 patients (43.8%) were uncorrected presbyopia, 65 patients (53.7%) were break up time of tear film＜10s, 87 patients (71.8%) couldn't been corrected the refraction errors or the correction of refractive errors was unsatisfied, 24 patients(19.8%) were esophoria, 17 patients (14%) were exophoria, 8 patients (7%) were anisometropia.

Material and Methods:From March,2008 to January,2009,250 patients(146 Males and 104 Females,ranged from 18 to 82 years old,mean age was 48 years old) enrolled in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical College were performed dual energy scan(Group A,200 patients) and Neuro-DSA scan(Group B,50 patients) using DSCT.The patients were randomly divided into Group A and Group B.Regarding to the justification of scan protocol,100 patients in Group A were selected as sub-group to explore the scan protocol.The image quality Was analyzed both in four categories(4.0/60、4.5/60、4.0/70、4.5/70) of flow rate and total amount of contrast-enhanced material and in three categories(100—150HU、150—200HU、200-250HU) of CT value of left common carotid artery.The comparison of two scan approach was based on image quality,radiation does, postprocessing methods,time of scanning and subtraction and data storage amount.To validate the diagnostic capability of DE-CTA virtual unenhanced images,100 patients in Group A were undergoing head scan both in routine non-contrast program and DE-CTA virtual unenhanced program.Mean CT values,signal-to-noise ratio,image quality,sensitivity of lesion identification,and radiation does were applied to comparison.According to diagnostic results of dual energy of cerebral arterial angiography,62 patients out of 200 patients in Group A were confirmed with cerebral vessel lesions,the results were complied with DSA findings(the time between the two methods were within 1 week).

材料与方法收集2008年3月到2009年1月间在昆明医学院第一附属医院行DSCT CTA检查者250例(男性146例，女性104例，年龄范围18-82岁，平均48岁)，随机分为A、B两组，A组200例行双能量头颅CTA扫描；B组50例行Neuro-DSA扫描。A组前100例按对比剂不同流率和总量分为4组(4.0/60、4.5/60、4.0/70、4.5/70)对图像质量比较；按触发时左颈总动脉内平均CT位分3组(100—150HU、150—200HU、200-250HU)，比较图像质量的差异；对A、B两组血管图像质量、辐射剂量、后处理的方法、扫描和后处理时间及数据的容量进行比较分析；A组中前100例行常规与DE-CTA虚拟平扫的平均CT值、信号噪声比、图像质量、病灶显示情况、辐射剂量的比较分析；A组中行DSA检查62例(两种方法间隔时间均1周内)，比较两种检查方法诊断结果是否符合，并对其中24例动脉瘤行动脉瘤部位、数目、形态、瘤颈显示程度、瘤颈大小及瘤体长径和短径的比较研究。

No Ⅲ° atrioventricular conduction block happened, 9 patients developed right bundle branch block, and 2 patients showed junctional rhythm. Two patients with perimembranous extending outlet were repaired because of residual shunt(0.4cm,0.3cm) on the anterosuperior rim of defect. One patient with trivial residual shunt(0.15cm) on the posteroinferior rim of defect was found closed spontaneously six months later. Tricuspid valve was incised in 10 patients of VSD sextending outlet,8 patients vertical to the valve ring,2 patients parallel to the valve ring. Moderate tricuspid valve regurgitation was found in 1 patient, mild in 5 patients, trivial in 4 patients. No one aggravated. One patient complicated with pericardial effusion.

无Ⅲ°房室传导阻滞发生，9例发生右束支传导阻滞，2例结性心律。2例膜周偏流出道型VSD患者因前上缘残余分流分别为0.4cm和0.3cm，再次手术修补；1例后下缘残留细束样分流，直径0.15cm，随访6个月后自愈；10例膜周偏流出道型VSD患者剪开三尖瓣，8例垂直瓣环，2例平行瓣环；1例三尖瓣中度反流，随访无加重；5例轻度反流，4例轻微反流，随访均无加重；1例心包积液；1例再次进入手术室止血。
