According to single B ultrasonic inspection, the 26 cases ,whose tumor peplos was not integrated ,were not removed from malignant tumor, and ECT showed that it was warm nodule, 18 cases were hyperactive adenoma and 8 cases thyroid adenoma according the final pathology examination.
