Objective To evaluate the effect of paclitaxel combined DDP on advanced breast cancer. Methods 26 cases of cytologically and pathologically confirmed advanced breast cancer were treated with combined chemotherapy including paclitaxal and DDP the cardinal drug. 10 out of 26 patients received no previous treatment.
