Results 1.VEGF-C expression and MVD in epithelial ovarian carcinoma were higher than those in normal ovarian tissue (P.05),TSP-1 expression were lower than those in normal ovarian tissue (P.05);2.In epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissue,VEGF-C expression and MVD increasing according to progression of the FIGO phase but TSP-1 expression decreasing according to progression of the FIGO phase.

结果 卵巢上皮癌中VEGF-C表达及MVD均明显高于正常卵巢组织(P.05)，TSP-1表达低于正常卵巢组织(P.05)；卵巢上皮癌组织中，VEGF-C表达及MVD随国际妇产科联盟分期的进展而增高(P.05)，TSP-1表达随FIGO分期的进展而降低(P.05)。

Major results were summarized as follows:(1) A total of 58 tree species from 53 genera in 36 families among which 8 species were Rosaceae, 5 species were Liliaceae, 5 species were Eriaceae, 3 species were Ranunculaceae, 3 species were Compositae, 2 species were Cupressaceae, 2 species were Caprifoliaceae, 2 species were Umblliferae, and other 28 tree species were only one receptively. These were recorded in the 8 plots of the A. georgei var. smithii forest;(2) Number of families, genera, species and Margalef index correlated negatively with altitude (P.05), with a peak at 3600 m.(3) Shannon-Wiener index correlated negatively with altitude (P.01), and maintained stable at the altitudes between 3700~4100 m, evenness with altitudes, however, this trend was insignificant.(4) Jaccard index increased sharply with increasing altitude at the altitudes between 3600~4100 m, and was lower between different vegetation types at the altitudes between 4100~4200. Cody index β(subscript c decreased with an increasing altitude, but there were 2 troughs between 4000~4100 m and 4200~4300 m.(5) Maximum tree height H(subscript max and HH(subscript max=37 mcorrelated negatively with altitude (P.05); but basal area and BA BA(subscript max=5.3m^2 correlated with altitudes, however, this trend was insignificant.

结果表明：(1)在调查的8个急尖长苞冷杉林样地内共有植物58种，分属于36科53属，其中植物较多的科有蔷薇科8种、百合科5种、杜鹃花科5种、毛茛科3种、菊科3种、柏科2种、忍冬科2种、伞形科2种，其余的28科各只有1个种；(2)物种科、属、种数、Margalef指数D(下标 M与海拔存在显著的负相关性(P.05)，在分布急尖长苞冷杉最低海拔3600m处出现物种丰富度的最大值；(3)多样性指数与海拔之间有极显著的负相关性(P.01)，并且在3700~4100m之间多样性指数保持稳定；均匀度指数与海拔梯度之间存在负相关性，但不显著；(4)Jaccard指数C(下标 j在海拔3600~4100m随海拔的升高而升高，在生境过渡带的4100~4200m之间Jaccard指数C(下标 j较低；Cody指数β(下标 c随海拔的升高呈下降的趋势，但在4000~4100m和4200~4300m 海拔区间出现2个低谷；(5)最大树高H(下标 max和最大胸径DBH(下标 max与海拔之间存在显著负相关性(P.05)；胸高断面积之和和立木密度与海拔之间存在负相关性，但不显著。

The results show that there were no significant differences among the four forage rations in rumen pH, the concentrations of total volatile fatty acids, acetate, propionate, the ratios of acetate to propionate, butyrate, isobutyrate and valerate（P﹥0.05）. Only in 11:30, the concentrations of isovalerate caused by ration A and B were significantly higher than the other two rations(P﹤0.05).The milk yield caused by the ration C was significantly lower than the others (P﹤0.05). However, there were also no significantly differences among these four rations in the DM, fat, sugar, protein and scc of the milk. The milk fat and sugar of ration B and C were higher than ration A and D in number as well.

试验结果显示：各粗料组合日粮对各个时间点的瘤胃发酵指标：pH、TVFA、乙酸、丙酸、乙酸/丙酸、丁酸、异丁酸、戊酸浓度均无显著差异（P﹥0.05），只在11：30时，日粮A、B的异戊酸浓度显著低于日粮C、D (P﹤0.05)；日粮C的产奶量显著低于其它三个日粮，而在乳干物质、乳脂、乳糖、乳蛋白、体细胞数上，各日粮均无显著差异，从数值上看，日粮B、C的乳脂和乳糖高于A、D。

OR＞1 indicates dangerous factor, OR＜1 protective factor, and OR=1 no significance. The results showed that if triglyceride and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol increased an average level of normal respectively, and there would be OR of TG 2.43 (P＜0.05) and OR of VLDL-C 6.09 (P＜0.05), the high levels of TG and VLDL-C were the factors of lithogenesis. High density lipoprotein cholesterols (HDL1-C, HDL2-C, HDL3-C), with OR less than one, were the factors of protecting against the formation of gallstone.

结果：甘油三酯和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇每增加一个正常均值水平，OR值分别是2.43(P＜0.05)和6.09(P＜0.05)，是重要的致石因素指标；高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL1-C、HDL2-C、HDL3-C)，OR值均低于1，是重要的防石因素指标；低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和总胆固醇的OR值均小于1，本研究结果提示其可能是一种代谢状态而非保护因素。

Effects on reproductive performance: The normal delivery of group B,C and D were 80%、93.33%、93.33%,respectively,were improved by a certain extent comparing with the control group; The mean birth weight of calves were not significantly different between the trial and control groups.But numerical datas shown that supplementing Zn-Met in dietary had the tendency to increase the birth weight of calves; Supplementing Zn-Met in dietary can make dairy cows express empathema earlier,and significantly(P.05).Among the trial groups,the advanced extent of the group C was comparatively large(5.8d);The oestrous cycles were all in normal range and not significantly different; The levels of serum PRL of group B,C and D were significantly(P.05) 1.46 ng/ml、3.08 ng/ml、3.45 ng/ml higher than the group A.

对繁殖性能的影响：添加蛋氨酸锌组的正常分娩率为80％、93.33％、93.33％，较对照组(73.33％)有一定程度的改善；试验组犊牛初生重与对照组犊牛初生重差异不显著(P＞0.05)，但数据结果显示，日粮添加蛋氨酸锌有使犊牛初生重增加的趋势；日粮添加蛋氨酸锌可使奶牛产后发情提前，且差异显著(P＜0.05)，其中，添加蛋氨酸锌240mg／kg组提前的幅度较大，提前了5.8d；试验组发情周期与对照组差异不显著(P＞0.05)，均在正常范围之内；B、C、D组血清促乳素含量均比对照组高，且差异显著(P＜0.05)，依次增加1.46ng／ml、3.08ng／ml、3.45ng／ml，试验组B与C、D两组间也达到显著差异(P＜0.05)。

Results the serum level of mmp-2 in study group was significantly higher than that of controls (p＜0.01). the more critical by classification of child-pugh, the lower serumal mmp-2 level (a grade vs b grade, b grade vs c grade,c grade vs a grade;p＜0.01, p＜0.01, and p＜0.01, respectively).

结果 肝硬化组mmp-2显著高于对照组(p＜0.01、)；但是肝硬化患者血清中mmp-2浓度随child-pugh分级增高显著下降，a、b、c级之间差异均有统计学意义(p均＜0.01)，mmp-2水平a＞b＞c。

The expressions of VEGF mRNA in renal cortex in B and group C increased greatly compared with A group at 8th week(P.01), And the expression was decreased more in C group than that in B group at the 8th week;④The light microscopes results showed that no pathological changes in group A; pathological changes were much obvious in group B:glomerular capillary lumen tumbling,lumens blocked,mesangial region widened,basal lamina thicking,mesenterium base inceased,the volume of glomerulus become large,cell population increased,renal tubule vacuolization, renal interstitium was infiltrated by lots of lymphocyte and mononuclear macrophage; pathological changes in group C was light,only see glomerular capillary lumen lightly stegnosis,few lymphocyte infiltrating.

免疫组化结果显示第8周B组大鼠肾皮质VEGF蛋白含量较A组显著增加(P.01)，C组VEGF含量较B组有明显减少(P.01)，C组较A组表达量仍然增加(P.01)；③第8周B组肾皮质VEGF mRNA表达较A组有明显上调(P.01)，与B组相比，辛伐他汀可以明显减少C组肾皮质VEGF mRNA表达；④光学显微镜下A组肾小球毛细血管腔均匀一致，无狭窄，肾小管-间质无炎症细胞浸润。B组则病变较明显：大鼠肾小球毛细血管袢塌陷，管腔闭塞，系膜区增宽，基膜增厚和系膜基质增多，肾小球体积增大，出现玻璃样变；肾小管尤其是近区小管肿胀、变性、空泡形成，肾间质可见大量淋巴细胞和单核巨噬细胞浸润。C组病变较轻，可见肾小球毛细血管管腔轻度狭窄，肾小管-间质见少量淋巴细胞浸润。

With the elevated glucose and time extending,the expression was lower and the translocating rates was decreased,which was Hgroup＜Egroup＜Bgroup,(p＜0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion Short-term exposure ofβ-cells to high concentration of glucose triggers the synthesis and secretion of insulin.

结果为：A、D、G组培养24h及48h的N／C值均无统计学差异(p＞0.05)，B、E、H组培养24h的N／C值减少，存在统计学差异(p＜0.05)，48h的N／C值组间比较统计学差异显著(p＜0.01)。C、F、I组培养24h的N／C值下降趋势，但无统计学差异(p＞0.05)，48h的N／C值组间比较存在统计学差异(p＜0.01)。

The number of abnormal structure of thyroid gland of B group was significantly higher than that of A and D groups(P .05).The abnormal number by blood biochemistry detection of A, B, C group was significantly higher than that of D group(P.05). Conclusions : The thyroid gland volume and blood biochemistry abnormal number of patients of type 2 diabetes was obvious increase than normal control group.

结果：A组、B组、C组甲状腺体积较D组明显增加(P.05)，B组甲状腺体积较A组、C组明显增加(P.05)；B组甲状腺肿大例数较A组、C组、D组明显增多(P.05)；C组甲状腺结构异常例数较A组、B组、D组明显增多(P.05)，B组甲状腺结构异常例数较A组、D组明显增多(P.05)；A组、B组、C组的血液生化指标异常数较D组明显增多(P.05)。

Results: by the end of 4 weeks, there was significant difference in efficacy between A、C groups and B groups（P＜0.05）,by the end of 6 weeks, there was significant difference in efficacy between c group and A、B groups ,there was no significant difference in efficacy between A and B group(P＞0.05),and the doses of imipramine and the TESS scores of C group were significantly lower than that of B group.

结果：三组病人在治疗后4周时，A、C两组减分与B组减分差异有显著性（P＜0.05）；治疗6周时A、B两组差异无显著性（P＞0.05），C组效果显著优于A、B两组（P＜0.01），且C组丙咪嗪剂量和TESS评分明显低于B组。
