There was no difference of decrease rate of HAMD b et ween two groups in statistics (P＞0.05). There was a significant difference o f HAMD total score between before treating and after treating in two groups (P ＜0.05). Significant improvement rate was 80% in moclobemide group and 93.3 % in imipramine group. There was no difference of improvement rate between two grou p s. Decrease rate of HAMD was 75.6% and improvement rate was 90% in moclobemide open group. Side effect were similar among above three groups.

The validity and adaptability of multi-phase curves are verified using micro-model testing bed tailored to adequate scale of pores. Results obtained from the P-S micro-model tests generally agree with the threshold values of displacement mechanism offered by researchers using geometric shapes. The hysteresis of .experimental Kr-S curves of numerous two-phase flows are depicted in terms of connectivity and humidification. The P-S and Kr-S curves of two-phase flow are well-derived in conjunction with micro-model test results and empirical van Genuchten model. For the curve expressing the relation between saturation and capillary pressure, experimental results of water-air flow system corresponds to the theoretical data.

It is the first time, a rectangular microstructure and a complicated double layers nesting six-pointed star microstructure are inscribed in it by using a simple two-wave couple setup.

The results obtained are as follows.(1) Following microinjection of capsaicin (10μmol/L, 50nl) into the AP, MAP, HR and RSNA were significantly increased from l2.34±0.53 kPa,328.52±7.54 bpm and 100±0% to 15.17±0.25kPa (P.001), 354.81±8.54bpm (P.001) and 156.95±7.57%(P.001), respectively.(2) Ruthenium red (RR, 100mmol/L, 0.2ml, iv), a capsaicin receptor antagonist, significantly inhibited these effects of capsaicin.(3) Pretreatment with a NMDA receptor antagonist MK-801 (500μg/kg, 0.2ml, iv) also reduced these effects of capsaicin.

间套作大豆、小麦、玉米根系Apase的差异又反映出大豆利用土壤磷的潜在能力最大，而玉米最小，可见禾谷类的小麦与大豆间套后不但能改善小麦的氮素营养状况还使磷素营养也得以好转。2）间套大豆根际pH值的下降，导致磷肥施入土壤后形成〓-P的比例显著提高，转化成〓-P等难溶性磷减少，说明间套的大豆能减缓肥料磷在土壤中的转化和固定，减少磷素向无效化方向转化。3）复合群体根际土壤pH值的影响一般只发生在0.1-4mm的根际微区，而土壤磷酸酶的影响供磷与否在距根表3mm以外都无多大差异，说明根际磷才是真正有效磷，根际施磷是解决磷素竞争的有效途径。4）。

In the end, transportation of PAHs in the environmental matrix was preliminarily investigated and discussed according to PAHs data of soils and sediments from a certain region in Shanghai. The result indicated that there are two or more pathways on PAHs transportation in the environmental matrix.
