Through lots of tests, the new technology of preparing the polymeric ferric aluminum silicate sulfate by using the waste-acid of Ti02-industriy and the coal fly ash has been designed. The highest Al-acid stripping rate can be achieved by the waste sulfate acid under boiling degree for 1. 5h when the mass ratio between NaCl and Coal Fly ash is 0. 05:1, as well as that between Coal Fly ash and Waste Acid ratio is 1:10. By means of the oxidation-polymerized reaction under 40-50*C and normal pressure, using NaNCkas catalyst and air as oxidation, the polymeric ferric aluminum sulfate can be obtained. The poly-silicic acid is polymerized with soluble glass in the optimum conditions of pH=5-6 and the concentration of Si02 is about 3%. The inorganic high molecule coagulant of PFASS is synthesized with the poly-silicic acid into the solution of polymeric ferric aluminum sulfate.
本论文通过大量的试验,研究开发出了用粉煤灰及钛白废酸制取聚合硫酸硅酸铁铝的新工艺,其最佳工艺条件为:于沸点温度,以NaCl为助溶剂(NaCl与粉煤灰质量比为0.05:1),以钛白废酸浸取粉煤灰(固液比为1:10)中的铝1.5小时,最大浸取率可达40%;经过滤洗涤后,调节滤液pH至2.0左右,以NANO_2为催化剂(NaNO_2用量为滤液中FeSO_4·7H_2O量的3%),空气为氧化剂,于40-50℃进行常压催化氧化反应,制取聚合硫酸铁铝,催化氧化时间为2小时;将工业水玻璃稀释至3%左右,调节其pH于5-6,室温下制备活性聚硅酸;将活性聚硅酸与聚合硫酸铁铝按照一定比例复合,经熟化,即制得新型无机高分子混凝剂PFASS。

It is pointed out that under the condition of the temperature of 1120℃, the reaction time of 16 mm and the carbon content of 27%, the metal transformation rate of sponge iron used for general metallurgy is up to 90%. But the optimal carbon content is 29% for iron sponge to treat DSD acid oxidation wastewater. Under condition of the wastewater's pH value of 3 to 5 and the reaction time of 40min, the removal rates of COD and color are 68% and 90%, respectively. The BOD/COD ratio is up to 0.425 when DSD oxidation acid water is treated with sponge iron.

In the pH=7.00 phosphate buffer solution, the ethinylestradiol's electrical behavior has been studied in a detailsed way at the MWNT /graphite modified electrode. The results show that: the ethinylestradiol can generate a sensitive oxidation peak at about +0.550V on the MWNT /graphite modified electrode. The oxidative peak curent was linear to diethyl stilbestrol concentration over the range from 1.00×10-6 to 2.00×10-4 mol/L , the linear regression equation was ip= 2.4144+4.55×104cmol/L, the detection limit was 3.00×10-7 mol/L . The oxidation of ethinylestradiol was attributed to adsorption controlling process at MWNT /graphit modified electrode.

At present,the rate laws and reaction mechanisms of pyrite oxidation,pyrite and chalcopyrite formation,uraninite and magnetite dissolution in aqueous solutions are mainly studied,and it is discovered that (1)oxidation rate of pyrite controlled by surface reaction assume fractional dependence on Fe3+ and O2 molalities in acid solutions;(2)Pyrite cannot nucleate directly from solutions below 300 ℃,it can only form initially through sulfidation of a FeS precursor. The rate equation of reaction between FeS and H2S to form pyrite is of the second order;(3)Chalcopyrite is formed by reactions of pyrrhotite or pyrite with Cu2+,the former proceeds via a series of mediate metastable phases of Cu-Fe sulfide,whereas the rate equation of the latter is apparently of the first order which is controlled by surface reaction;(4)The nonlinear behavior of magnetite dissolution at acid pH can be represented by a shrinking core model coupling with surface reaction and diffusion transport.
