目的 本实验用睾酮联合绒毛膜促性腺激素及炔诺孕酮联合HCG两种方法分别建立多囊卵巢大鼠模型，将模型鼠的卵巢形态及血清激素方面改变与人类多囊卵巢综合征的病理改变加以比较，探讨睾酮联合HCG是否是建立多囊卵巢大鼠模型的有效方法，并比较两种造模法是否存在异同点，判断哪一种造模方法更为理想及简便有效。

After the XLGBC to treat 10 days, the testicle coefficient,the spermathecal gland coefficient and the ovary coefficient were observed.
