In this paper, we introduce the algorithm of Schoof-Elkies-Atkin to compute the order of elliptic curves over finite fields. We give out a fast algorithm to compute the division polynomial f〓 and a primitive point of order 2〓. This paper also gives an improved algorithm in computing elliptic curve scalar multiplication. Using the method of complex multiplication, we find good elliptic curves for use in cryptosystems, and implemented ElGamal public-key scheme based on elliptic curves. As a co-product, we also realized the algorithm to determine primes using Goldwasser-Kilian's theorem. Lastly, the elliptic curve method of integer factorization is discussed. By making some improvement and through properly selected parameters, we successfully factored an integer of 55 digits, which is the product of two 28-digit primes.

In this part, the distribution of stable states of a system is worked out under the condition of unbalanced attention parameters on basis of analyzing elementary dynamic equation and synergetic potential function, which improved the discussion of relevant properties of basic synergetic equations. Then, with the analysis of effects of attention parameters in synergetic dynamics, a set of elementary properties are presented to give light how the attention parameters work on pattern recognition process. In the end, in view of geometric sense in synergetic order parameters, some elementary properties are studied, by which a new construction method of order parameters is established so as to provide a general way to constitute new relations of prototype patterns according to practical requirements.

Within this context, four specific areas are addressed:(1) By means of finite integration technique, a new kind of the first order partial difference equation is derived from the original disperse transmission line equation of the uniform waveguide's. As it is the kind of one dimension Dirichlet's boundary problem, it is convenient for us to solve this equation from the leapfrog scheme. Because computation is carried out in one dimension, both high calculation efficiency and precision have been obtained in this method. Meanwhile, this method provide us a different selection to simulate the transient response of waveguide with non-simplical, for examples cylinder and elliptic waveguide, and avoid solving the second order equation, or using finite difference time domain to simulate a three dimension problem, sometimes the latter precision is not satisfied with the need, or low efficiency.
