To investigate the factors influencing the college labor union's spor ts activity, the research adopts the methods of literature review and question naire in this article. The results reveal the single organizational and manage ment system, less management in Basic level unions (department, faculty sports a ssociations), inadequate knowledge of leaders on organization and management, an d research capability, less sources of funding and unreasonable disbursement.
