The result showed that the conventional and optimum design model of complex multi-evaporation had good universality. The new algorithm could be used to solve model more stably and more effectivly. The energy-saving effect was notable when all kinds of energy-saving measure were adopted and T0, Tk, tpj,Δti were optimized. In these conditions, the annual cost of optimum design decreased by 36.44% and 40.76% respectively than conventional design for the complex cross-feed and parallel-feed quadruple-effect evaporation system with solid separation. An optimum design software for multi-evaporation was developed, which had strong function, amity interface and easy maneuverability. This software may be applied to conventional and optimum design of multi-evaporation system under different conditions.

Biological characteristics of the pathogen and the resistance of 13 cultivars of tea plant to tea brown blight were studied by means of natural infection in the field and artificial inoculation in vitro. Resistant cultivars and susceptible cultivars of tea plant were divided. And the resistance mechanism was researched tentatively. The findings are as follows: 1 Some biological characteristics of the pathogenic fungus The experiment result showed: the optimum temperature for the growth of fungus mycelium was from 24 to 27℃, the optimum temperature for sporulation ranged 22 to 30℃. Treated at 54℃ in 10 minutes, the spores didn't germinate. The optimum pH for the growth of the mycelium was 5.1~5.9, the optimum pH for sporulation ranged 5.0~6.0. Light had no much effect on the growth of fungus mycelium, but had much effect on the reproduction of the spore.

Based on discussion of calculation complexity and effectiveness, the exact DP Algorithm was successfully used in operative schedule of the collecting bucket in multi-car-single-layer mode, which has few service nodes. For problems with large number of service nodes, restricted DP algorithm was constructed to avoid rapid expand in calculation and memory demands during programming process. The restricted DP algorithm, successfully used in single-car-multilayer and compound service modes, gets balance between near optimal programming results and reasonable programming time, so as to meet the real time schedule demands.
