This paper is based on "Trilemma" which is induced from MF model. In order to overcome MF models inherent defects, this paper constructs a static model headed by government on choice of optimum exchange rate regime. Through the analysis of the model we can see that the choice of exchange rate regime is a dynamic process should be decided in real situation. No single exchange rate regime is right for all countries or at all time. Under certain condition intermediate regime may be the optimum one, but the possibility will decrease with the increase of international capital flow.

The optimum reaction conditions obtained are as follows:the proportion in moles of the above materials is 1∶1∶1.2, reaction solvent is toluene, reaction temperature is -15 to -10 ℃,reaction time is 3 h, under the optimum condition, the yield of the compound is 50.0%.

The case of a bus route in Qinghuangdao was studied. The analysis results show that the efficient way to improve bus accessibility is to keep bus headway not more than 5 min, so that the optimum bus-stop spacing is below 600 m no matter how much the bus passenger demand is. The paper fristly compared the fertile soil with the incinerated sterile soil on the number of micro-algae , soil pH value , soil organic matter soil available phosphorus and soil nitrogen.And then, the author put fertile soil, which included micro-algae, proportionally into sterile samples and cultivated them respectively under illumination condition (micro-algae can live and reproduce)and dark condition(micro-algae will die in some time).The above indices were measured in 0, 30, 60 and 90days respectively, The analyse of the interrelation between the change of micro-algae"s number and the changes of soil pH value, soil organic matter, soil available phosphorus and soil nitrogen indicated:Soil micro-algae which were native to fertile soil conld adapt to the changed circumstance and light acted as a decisive role to the distribution of soil micro-algae.Under dark condition,the micro-algae"s number declined gradually and went to zero in the end,while under illumination condition ,on the 90th day, the micro-algaes number of per gramme was 6-7 times more than that of the beginning.
