Upon this, the optimal project for all gas field and each gas-collected factory can be got. Also, introduce the time value of capitals to improve on these models.(3) Base on the optimal solution theory and algorithm theory for the nonlinear programming problem, introduce the SUMT algorithm and genetic algorithm to study how to solve the models, and on the basis of normal genetic algorithm, make use of auto-adaptively modulating method to improve on normal genetic algorithm; Base on algorithm"s convergence theory and calculation"s complexity theory to analyze seriatim SUMT algorithm"s convergence and genetic algorithms convergence, and compare performance with each other.

The first part is literature review of relevant Customer Value Theory. In the following part, research questionnaires about customer value in health and fitness entertaining and straight rebuy tendency are designed concerning to existing survey methods and combined with the status quo and features of health and fitness entertaining enterprises. The third part is surveys and analysis about the status quo of custom value in bodybuilding clubs in Nanjing. Six common factors, named as "sentimental value","consumption cost","product value","service value","expected value", and "function value", are concluded as the elements of customer value in health and fitness entertaining after factor analysis and are discussed in the fourth part. In the fifth part, influences of the various elements of customer value on customers' straight rebuy are obtained by Logistic regression analysis. The sixth part is about the relationship between customer individual attribute and customer straight rebuy reached through partial correlation analysis.

It is prominent among optimal algorithms because of its function of simply implement with electrocircuit hardware. Genetic algorithm is expressly suitable for optimal calculation regarding the planning of massive, highly nonlinear, inconsecutively differentiable and multiobjective function as well as objective function without analytical expression. However, it inclines to prematurity, as well as its limitation in ability of partial optimal search. Introducing the optimal algorithm of niche genetic simulated annealing to standard Genetic algorithm, can therefore improve the full-scale or partial search ability of Genetic algorithm effectively. It has a far-flung perspective in the field of systemic planning of water pollution control.
