The method employs characteristic values such as hinge node voltage at dividing place between the large district grid and the provincial grid and tie line reactive power and so on as a coordinated variable of wattless control of the large district grid and the provincial grid, and real-timely calculates an optimal set value of the coordinated variable in the large district grid which is sent down to the provincial grid via wide area communication. In the coordinated control of the provincial grid, the method can not only realize the control object of original grid, but can also realtimely track the optimal set value of the coordinated variable given by the large district grid.

本方法选择大区电网与省级电网分界处枢纽节点电压和联络线无功等特征量作为大区电网与省级电网无功控制的协调变量，通过大区电网的无功优化，实时计算出大区电网中协调变量的最优设定值，该设定值通过广域通信下发到省级电网，在省级电网的协调控制中，除了满足本级电网的控制目标外，还实时跟踪由大区电网给出的协调变量的最优设定值。

Focusing on this practical engineering problem and by researching on some relative enterprises, this article intends to describe the dust generation mechanism, diffusion rules, control technology of dust by means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation in coal washery, and put forward a comprehensive plan of dust control which takes bag filter as main dust removal equipment, and make an optimal design of air delivery and positioning, to realize the optimal control of dust.

Combined system simulation with optimal control, selected a typical water cooled primary/secondary chilled water system, used the research achievements of Annex 30 in IEA for the reference, this work firstly presents both the basic component models and the control system component models. Secondly gives the main models for parameter identification and experiment validation. Finally a dynamic digital simulator is set up using TRNSYS as the platform to substitute a real system to test and evaluate some kinds of online optimal supervisory control strategies after giving some essential data file input and finishing all the PID controllers'tuning.

The sightline control strategy for bad measure precision is developed, and the control methods for vertical direction, approach direction and station keeping are presented.(2)The safe approach velocities are investigated for cuboid, sphere and cone keep out zone.(3)The design method for optimal trajectory under safety constraint is developed. The cone and cuboid keep out zone can be described using line constraint, and then optimal trajectory design can be translated to line programming problem under line constraint.(4) The design strategy of collision avoidance maneuver is discussed, and the collision avoidance scheme is analyzed for V-bar and R-bar approach.The control and trajectory safety in departure phase are investigated.
