Outcome:(1) Acute ischemic damage may induce the expression of c-fos protein in Cerebral Cortex quickly. Also, the expression increases by the ischemia time delay. It may hint that ischemia injury can rise the ability of nerve cells to tolerate ischemia and anoxia. And the expression level of c-fos can be up-regulated by putting blood of 12 hand Jing Points. 三 结果(1)急性缺血性脑损伤可快速诱导c-fos蛋白在皮层缺血区脑组织的表达，其表达有随缺血时间延长而逐渐增多的趋势，提示脑的缺血性损伤可应激性地增强神经细胞对缺血、缺氧的耐受和适应能力，而应用井穴放血的干预治疗可明显上调缺血区皮层脑组织c-fos的表达水平，进一步增强脑组织对抗缺血性损伤的应激能力，抵抗缺血性脑损害的进一步发展。

In the present paper, the Sox gene expression analysis of different tissues from the Trionyx sinensis was studied by using RTPCR, and Sox gene fragments of expression from the testicle, brain and spleen were cloned using RTPCR products. The results show that Sox gene has specific expression in the testicle, brain, spleen, cardiac muscle and kindney and hasn't expression in muscle, liver and ovary. The results of clone reveal that the Sox genes of expression in the testicle are TSSox1 and TSSox 4, and those are TSSox2 and TSSox4 in the brain, and that is TSSox4 in the spleen. This suggests that the Sox gene act important role not only on the sex determination, but also on the development of neural system, immunocyte system and the differentiattion of male germ cell.

本文采用RT—PCR技术，研究了中华鳖不同组织Sox基因的表达，并通过PCR直接克隆法，分析了来自睾丸、脑和脾组织中的Sox基因序列结果表明在中华鳖的成体组织中，Sox基因在脑、心肌、肾、脾和雄性的睾丸组织中均有不同程度的表达，而在肌肉、肝脏和雌性的卵巢中则无表达，显示该基因具有组织表达特异性克隆分析显示，在睾丸组织中表达的是TSSox1和TSSox4基因，而在脑组织中表达的是TSSox2和TSSox4基因，脾组织中表达的是TSSox4基因此结果表明Sox基因不仅在性别决定中起作用，还可能在神经系统、免疫系统多种组织中起重要作用

Tongxinluo could decrease the expression of MMP-3 and NF-κB. The study showed that the producting and activating of MMP-3 were modulated by NF-κB. The inhibition to the producting and activating of MMp-3 of Tongxinluo was mediated by inhibiting the activating of NF-κB. Conclusion ①The rabbit vascular stenosis model could be established successfully by plain balloon damage, the operation process was easy, economical and practical.

Results: The expression of CTGF protein and CTGF mRNA in the nomal and sham operation group is low in the intracytoplasm of Mesangial cells, renaltubular epithelial cells and renal interstitial cells. objective to evaluate the clinical value of early diagnosis and therapy of suspicious ectopic pregnancy by laparoscopy.methods the clinical data of 53 suspicious tubal pregnancy patients were analyzed retrospectively,who had received laparoscopic operation in our hospital from january 2003 to december 2005.results all cases received laparoscopic operation,none was transferred to traditional surgery during the operation.46 cases were diagnosed as tubal pregnancy during the operation with pathologic proof.preoperative diagnosis rate was 86.8%.the salpingecstomy were performed in the 32 cases.the salpingotomy were performed in the 7 cases.conclusion the laparoscopic operation is the best choice in the early diagnosis and therapy of suspicious ectopic pregnancy,and it gain time for conservative therapy.but not too early.

目的 评价可疑异位妊娠患者腹腔镜早期诊治的临床价值。方法收集2003年1月～2005年12月收治的经腹腔镜手术治疗的可疑输卵管妊娠患者53例资料进行回顾性分析。结果 53例手术均经腹腔镜完成，无1例中转，术中诊断输卵管妊娠的46例，术前诊断率86.8%，32例行输卵管切除术，7例行保守性手术。结论腹腔镜手术是早期确诊可疑异位妊娠患者的最佳选择，也为保守性治理赢得时间，但不宜操之过急。
