In thin sections it shows dark green color and subhedral to anhedral form, and coexists with other metamorphic minerals, suggesting a neogenic metamorphic mineral of granulite facies. The other occurs in the adjacent ultramafic rock unit, belonging to Cr_spinel. In thin sections, it is dark brown in color and is scattered among olivine, clinopyroxene and orthopyroxene as irregular grains, indicating a stable residual mineral in the process of granulite facies metamorphism.

Combined with (1)"The Five Competitive Forces analysis" proposed by Michel E, Porter (2)"Strategic matrix analysis" proposed by Dah-Hsian Seetoo,(3)"Strategic Management of Health Care Organizations" proposed by Ginter, Swayne and Duncan (1998), and (4)"The Nature of the Strategy" proposed by Se-Hwa Wu. This paper tries to combine these theoretical perspectives and highlights a normative model and it's details for industrial competitive analysis and strategy formulation. One side of academic aspect, we expect this model could generalize to apply to other industry as well as to health care industry. On the other side of practical aspect, we expect to offer CEO of hospital a more complete and fruitful framework for strategic and competitive analysis.

Suspects of DS and 26 cases of fetal amniocytes come from pregnant woman with high risk of DS were undertook to analysis 10 STR loci simultaneously by PAGE and silver staining or automated fluorescent laser activated detector sequencer (ABI310). 6 suspects of DS were determined as DS by trisomic triallelic with a ratio of 1: 1: 1 and the other STR loci show nonnal diallelic pattern with a ratio of 1: 1 or homozygous with two alleles of the same size.
