Results PCNA positive smooth muscle cells appeared 6 hours after transplantation, increased with time, and reached a peak at 1 to 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, PCNA positive SMC in the tunica media began to decline and recovered to the 6 hour level at 8 weeks after the operation.

The unoperated sides of the treated animals also served as controls. Six normal rats were treated as normal control group. Three different siRNA plasmid solution containing RC2-Ⅰ, MAFbx-Ⅱ, CON (50μl , 0.8μg/μl)was injected and transfected by electroporation as methods mentioned above, respectively. Ultrastructural changes of muscle fiber were observed at 2, 3, 4 weeks postoperation.Results GFP plasmid was efficiently deliverd into muscle by electroporation and robust GFP expression in muscle could be observed more than three weeks. Histology shows that injected plasmid DNA diffuses extensively in muscle tissue.

1、健康雌性SD大鼠18只，随机分为电穿孔组和非电穿孔组，每组9只，制作右下肢趾长伸肌失神经支配模型；EP组为将质粒pEGFP-N1溶液50μl(0.8μg／μl)注射入右趾长伸肌后，立即于两侧腱腹交接处给予电穿孔，电穿孔参数为：电场强度为200V／Cm，脉冲100μs，频率1Hz，施加10次脉冲；NEP组仅质粒pEGFP-N1溶液注射；转染后1、2、3周，荧光显微镜下观察趾长伸肌中GFP的表达情况，转染后1周行Western印迹检测趾长伸肌中GFP蛋白的表达情况，检测和优化体内转染效率。2、健康雌性SD大鼠78只，随机分为失神经对照组、RC2基因治疗组(RC2组)，MAFbx基因治疗组，每组24只，制作右下肢趾长伸肌失神经支配模型，余6只为正常组；分别将含CON、RC2、MAFbx基因的siRNA重组质粒注射入趾长伸肌，之后给予电穿孔，方法同上；治疗后3天实时定量PCR和Western印迹检测各组中RC2或MAFbx基因的mRNA和蛋白的表达变化，治疗后2、3、4周检测各组肌湿重维持率、肌细胞直径和肌细胞截面积，肌细胞超微结构变化以及肌纤维中蛋白含量变化。

Results All cases became amenorrheic during GnRH-α therapy. The enlarged uteri all decreased to normal or near normal size. Menstruation returned in 80～90 days after cessation of treatment. Three cases conceived within four menstrual periods. One of them resulted in the birth of a healthy 3 150 g male at 38 weeks gestation by cesarean section. The second pregnancy resulting after adenomyomectomy was terminated by emergent cesarean section at 30 weeks gestation because of threatened rupture of uterus. The third is now normal at 28 weeks pregnancy .The fourth has had 2 menstrual periods and is still being followed up.

结果：168例痰菌阳性初治的结核病患者，根据ppd试验的结果分为阴性组，阳性组，强阳性组。经过6个月抗痨治疗后，ⅰ组痰菌转阴率为76.92%，平均转阴时间为12.46周，病人疗程结束时，肺内病灶x线吸收占61.54%；ⅱ组痰菌转阴率为94.79%，平均转阴时间为5.0周，病人疗程结束时，肺内病灶x线吸收占86.46%；ⅲ组痰菌转阴率为100%，平均转阴时间为3.0周，病人疗程结束时，肺内病灶x线吸收占100%。

And abortion rate,efflux time of gestation sac,time of colporrhagia and returning menstruation, adverse reactions were examined.results the abortion rate,efflux time of gestation sac,time of colporrhagia and returning menstruation in three groups didn't have significant difference.but adverse reactions in them were shown significant difference.the complete abortion rate of pregnancy women less than 6 weeks was higher than that of 6～8 weeks.conclusion shorter course of treatment,minor response were shown.group a possesses advantages of short time,exact effect and little side effect,especially in less than 6 weeks duration of pregnancy.
