In our country, the current research on 5S, which is basically in the stage of summing up practice and experience, has not conducted any works about the fundamental research on 5S.The most works are the summary of steps and skills of 5S which is carried out, however, have not formed the system. They can not analyze 5S from the point of sociological and psychology, especially not from angle of humanity supposition and organization behavior. Therefore, they lack rationale base, appearing palely and weakly.
