The properties of left idempotent elements of lattice implication algebras were discussed, and the conclusion that lattice implication algebra L was equals of the directed sum of the range and dual kernel of a left map constructed by a left idempotent element was proved. 3. The properties of the filters of lattice implication algebra were discussed, the theorem was shown that they satisfy the hypothetical syllogism and substitute theorem of the propositional logic. 4. The concept of weak niters of lattice implication algebras and their properties and structures are discussed. It is proved that all weak filters of a lattice implication algebra form a topology and the the implication isomorphism betweem two lattice implication algebras is a topological mapping between their topological spaces. 本文基于徐扬和秦克云的关于格蕴涵代数和以格蕴涵代数为真值域的格值命题逻辑系统LP的研究工作，对格蕴涵代数以及格值命题逻辑系统LP中基于α-归结原理的自动推理方法进行了系统深入的研究，主要有以下两方面的研究成果：一、关于格蕴涵代数的研究 1、对格蕴涵代数的格论性质进行了研究，得到了当L为完备格蕴涵代数时，关于∨，∧，→运算的一些结果； 2、对格蕴涵代数的左幂等元进行了研究，证明了格蕴涵代数L可以分解为任何一个左幂等元所对应的左映射的像集合与其对偶核的直和； 3、对格蕴涵代数的滤子的性质进行了研究，证明了滤子的结构相似于逻辑学中的Hypothetical syllogism规则和替换定理； 4、给出了格蕴涵代数中弱滤子的概念，对弱滤子的性质个结构进行了研究，证明了格蕴涵代数的全体弱滤子构成一个拓扑结构，格蕴涵代数之间的蕴涵同构是相应的拓扑空间之间的拓扑映射。

The main structure of this paper consists of two parts: theoretical analysis was mainly conducted in the first part, which including chapter 1 and 2, in this part the analysis was focusing on the connotation of liquidity, the supply and demand theory, the measuring methods, as well as micro-and macro-economic effects, and then proposed that the periodic reversal of liquidity was the concrete manifestation of the financial crisis; the second part, including the chapter 4,5,6 and 7, which cases analysis were made mainly in this part. Combined with the financial crisis, as well as from the US, developed-new emerging economies and China three different perspectives, it further analyzed the specific performance of liquidity reversal from excess to crunch, transmission processes and responding measures.

Three part of research works had been carried out in the dissertation. The first part: a kind of multidentate amine modified silica gel was synthesized through the following steps:(1) introduce the amino groups onto the surface of silica-gel by the treatment of surface silanol groups withγ-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane;(2) michael addition of excess trihydroxymethyl propyl triacrylate to amino groups on the silica gel surface;(3) amidation of the unreacted double bonds of TMPTA on the surface of TMPTA modified silica gel with diethylenetriamine;(4) the multidentate amine modified silica gel was finally obtained by the reaction of amino groups on the surface of DETA modified silica gel with double bond of butyl acrylate.

Based on relative literatures,this part has included five resesearch aspects as below.1 Fifteen compounds were isolated and purified by extraction,column chromatography,and their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis: acteoside(Ⅰ-1),isoacteoside(Ⅰ-2),crenatoside(Ⅰ-3),cistanoside F(Ⅰ-4),sinapoyl-4-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅰ-5),adenosine(Ⅰ-6),β-siterol(Ⅰ-7),oleanic acid(Ⅰ-8), succinic acid(Ⅰ-9),caffeic acid(Ⅰ-10),protocatechuic aldehyde(Ⅰ-11),p-hydro xybenzyl alcohol(Ⅰ-12),β-daucosterol(Ⅰ-13),D-galacitol(Ⅰ-14),D-mannitol(Ⅰ-15).Ⅰ-4～15 were obtained from this plant for the first time,andⅠ-6,7,9,and 13 were isolated from Orobanche genus for the first time.2 The scavenging test of DPPH showed that most compounds have comparative antioxidant activity as L-ascorbic acid and part of them show better activity such as the O.coerulescens extract and phenylethanoid glycosides.Acteoside showed potent free radical scavenging effects with a median inhibition concentration of 25.6μg/ml.3 The anti-HBV activities of acteoside,isoacteoside and crenatoside were measured,and all of them showed suppressive activity on the expression of HBsAg and HBeAg in the HepG2.2.15 cell line.

There are many serious misleading in how to apply the principle of "fraud exception", whereas, it is necessary to make a legal research on the principle of "fraud exception" in light of former researches. The article consists of two parts. In the first part, the author put emphasis on the principle of abstract independence, the definition, the establishment and development of the principle of fraud exception, the analysis of the fraud, the theory, the prerequisite and the procedure of apply the principle of "fraud exception" in order to establish the general principle and necessary procedure. In the second part, the author analysis the existing backward conditions oflegislation and judicial practice in China, and courts" attitude to the judicial remedy for the principle of " fraud exception", further, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to make the legislation on the principle of "fraud exception" perfect, and how to apply the procedure of judicial remedy for the principle of "fraud exception". Lastly, the author hopes that these suggestions could benefit to the judicial practice and the future legislation on the principle of "fraud exception.

我国在加入世界贸易组织后，按照国际惯例和国际公约处理国际贸易中的纠纷己成为一种必然趋势，鉴于我国法院对如何准确适用信用证欺诈例外原则存在着严重误区，使得在先前学者研究的基础上再一次研究欺诈例外原则很有必要，本文分两个部分，第一部分对信用证独立抽象原则、信用证欺诈例外原则的定义、确立与发展、对例外原则下欺诈的分析、理论基础、适用条件以及程序等六方面展开论述，从而确立信用证欺诈例外原则的一般原则和必要的程序：第二部分主要分析我国司法实践中信用证欺诈例外原则司法救济的立法以及司法现状，及法院对欺诈例外原则的态度，从而对如何完善我国法院欺诈例外原则的法律依据以及如何正确适用欺诈例外原则的司法救济程序提出一些构思，希望为欺诈例外原则在我国的司法实践以及为以后的相应立法提供有益的参考。

The result showed that the surface architecture and ultrastructure of I.punctatus ' gill and secondary gill lamellae were similar to those of other teleosts. The surface of gill arches and gill rakers was covered with pavement cells which were characterized by circular microridges, and secreting-holes were found among cells on the surface of gill arches. The base part of gill rakers were bigger in terms of diameter. The pavement cells' surface of gill filaments' middle part was characterized by microridges with fine lateral protuberances on both sides which were either fused or interruped, while the microridges disappeared on the pavement cells' surface on both top and base parts of gill filaments, forming dense granulated protuberances. The height and interlamellar space of secondary gill lamellae in I.punctatus were relatively higher and bigger, respectively.

For the first time, a screw pile and pile driver system for preventing flood and rushing to deal with an emergency was manufactured. The screw piles of the system is different from screw drills used to sap, and it doesn't push soils out. Analyses, including the screw pile's structural strength analysis and the screw blade's welding analysis, were done by ANSYS, which showed that the screw pile's structural strength is enough and that the distort of the screw blade is small. Testing on the screw pile and pile driver system showed that the system performed stably and could meet the need of preventing flood and rushing to deal with an emergency. A mechanics model of interaction of a screw pile and soil was built, and expressions of torque of screw pile's cylindrical part on the condition of screw pile's crew part being driven into soil fully were gained, then the relation of the torque with screw pitch and out diameter of cylinder, which shows the torque decreases with the screw pitch increasing, and that the torque increases with the out diameter of cylinder increasing, which was according with the experiments of the screw pile's being driven into soils, and thus a screw pile with the best structure was chosen. Experiments of bionic surface showed that, on the condition of certain pressure on the surface, the protruding bionic surface can not reduce adhesion and resistance and that the corrugated bionic surface can reduce adhesion and resistance. An orthogonal experiment of the corrugated bionic surface was done with the factors including the width of protrusion, the space between two protrusions, the trolley's velocity and the vertical surface pressure and with the surface frictional coefficient as the experimental target, and some inclusions were drawn that the best combination of the factors was acquired and that the width of protrusion affected the surface frictional coefficient remarkably.
