This study analysised the condition of Xinjiang's petroleum resource and made an evaluation and it points out that the development of petroleum and natural gas of Xinjiang is still in the developing period in which it aims at discovering the petrol field and increasing its reserves.Although it has a great exploring potential,because of its geograghy limitation and a lack of exploring funds,the exploring level is till low,even lower than the everage level of the whole country. The study is based on theories of industry distributions,its concentration,macroscopic analysis,government regulations and continuing development.From microcosmic and macroscopic aspects,it scientifically and systematically analyses the problems in the development of petroleum industry in Xinjiang.It points that the developments of middle and upper reaches lack a balance and have no rational industry structures.So it is hard to form an integral industry chains.Moreover,the upper reach covers a too much large proportion in the development,so it can not give a strong impetus to other industries.Based it,the paper points the industrial concentration of Petroleum Chemical Products Manufacture of Xinjiang should be enhanced and Input to Petroleum Chemical Products Manufacture of Xinjiang should be increased.Due to a lack of an established fair and competitive market and government's perfect laws and regulations on petroleum industry,it points that the phenomenon of mixed operation has become common in monolopied business and competitive business,so the systems of petroleum industry needs to be restructured.It states clearly that the country should take the development and benefits of Xinjiang's economy into consideration when making strategies for petroleum development .Besides,the allocation of profits between the center and the local should be well arranged so that we can guarantee the profits of Xinjiang ,considered as a resource area.It also reveals that we should not only overcome limitations of resources,environment,economy and technology on continuring development,but also we should deal with some realistic problems well.For instance,contradictions between the concept of limited resource and continuing development,the relationship between petroleum industry's own features and continuing development,the contradictions between the limits on supply of petroleum and the need of future development of continuing resource ,outdated petroleum technology and the need of advanced technology for continuing development,tremendous damages to environment and requirements of environment protection for continuing development and Xinjiang continuing economic development,outdated policy of industry and continuing development,the relationship between continuing development of Xinjiang petroleum industry and continuing economic development of Xinjiang.
本研究以产业布局理论、产业集中度理论、灰关联分析理论、政府规制理论、可持续发展理论为依据,从微观、宏观两个层面,科学、系统、全面地分析新疆石油产业的发展问题,指出:新疆石油天然气目前仍处于油气田发现和增储的主要发展阶段,开发潜力巨大,但由于地质原因及勘探投入的不足,石油天然气探明程度偏低,低于全国平均水平;新疆石油产业产业结构布局不合理、上中下游发展不平衡,难以形成完整的产业链条,对工业的带动力与其本身具有的经济总量很不匹配;新疆石油开采业和石油加工业属于高度寡头垄断的市场类型,新疆石油化工业属于竞争型的市场结构,要想石油产业对新疆经济有较强的带动作用,新疆石油化工业必须上升到一定的层次和规模,在提高规模的基础上,提高新疆化工业的产业集中度;新疆石油加工业和化工业与农业呈现较高的关联度,加大对石油加工业和化工业的投入,对新疆经济的协调发展有着深远的影响;政府要从石油产业本质特征和发展趋势为着眼点,实施规制改革,分开政府规制政策的制定部门和监管部门职能,建立健全石油产业法律法规体系,对垄断性业务和竞争性业务实施分类规制;国家石油发展战略的制定应兼顾新疆区域经济的发展和利益,应切实处理好新疆与中央的利益分配,切实保证新疆作为资源产区合理的资源收益;新疆石油产业要想得以可持续发展,不仅要克服影响可持续发展的资源、环境、经济和技术等客观因素,还要处理好观念、需求、政策等诸多主观因素。

On the basis of the existing experiment condition and sample data analysis, the result shows that the air velocity doesn't have significance influence on human blood pressure, electroencephalogram and somatosensory evoked potential, etc, that it has extraordinary significance influence to nreve conduction velocity and body temperature , that it has influence on pulse and electrocardiogram, but not remarkable. The influence of the air velocity on thermal comfort is obvious, the people in Chongqing are more forbearing to the draught than other areas because of its mugginess and aquosity.

Checking and the setting of camber are to be discussed. Firstly, the categories of scaffolds and applying condition of all kinds of scaffolds are simply introduced. Then structure design for beam -column scaffold over sea, beam-column scaffold on land, beam scaffold over sea, ramp bridge scaffold and column scaffold on land are presented. And corresponding formulas and the finite element analysis software of Midas/Civil are used to check strength, stiffness and stability on these scaffolds in detail. Then calculating methods on construction camber of cast-in-place beam scaffold and setting methods are introduced.
本文简要介绍了现浇梁支架的分类、各种支架的使用条件,然后简述了海上梁柱式支架、陆上梁柱式支架、海上梁式支架、匝道桥梁式支架以及陆上立柱式支架的结构设计;并应用相关公式和大型有限元计算软件MIDAS/Civil对各种类型的支架结构详细进行了强度、刚度和稳定性验算;接着介绍了现浇梁支架的施工预拱度计算方法及设置方法。

We used NCAR/NCEPT anew analyze data and the method of bilinearity insert to fix on profile distribution of several physical field in the air on observation point and the stream field of 700hPa. We primary discussed the possible mechanism to influence aerosol size distribution.The atmospheric condition of 1000hPa~700hPa level had great influence on aerosol size distribution, and influence on coarse particle mainly below 850hPa level. The horizontal wind velocity of 925hPa level is a primary gene which contributed to coarse particles in the air. Vorticity profile especially below 700hPa level is a key gene to influence diffuse and convergence of local aerosol. The air vertical motion velocity greatly influenced aggregation and remove of aerosol particles. The vertical distribution of air temperature mainly influenced vertical transportation of aerosol.

By regression of experimental data, therules of the linkage between these factors, which will provide a theoretical basis for designing BBP with different scales.3 Using thermal analysis technology and dynamic thermogravimetry, the paper studies combustion kinetic characteristics of 3 types of agricultural crops at different rate of temperature rise, and thus, achieved dynamic parameters of these fuels at different rate of temperature, established dynamic model of straw combustion, which reflects the dynamic process in the fast combustion area.4 Characteristics of straw briquette combustion was experimented, focusing on the impact of straw type, temperature, air supply, and density, diameter, and weight of briquette on the combustion speed, and the following conclusions were drawn:(1) combustion of straw briquette fuel is static permeation diffusion combustion;(2) temperature has a larger impact on the speed of straw briquette combustion than air supply; the higher the combustion temperature is, the faster volatilizable component separates out, and the less steady the combustion is;(3) density of briquette fuel has impact on the speed of volatilizable component separation and therefore the combustion speed;(4) increase of diameter and weight of briquette fuel increases the average combustion speed in the initial stage, and that in the later stages is comparatively steady;(5) the proportion of volatilizable component in straw briquette fuel is high, therefore, the temperature control during combustion under the rational ventilation condition is essential to ensure its safe combustion.5 Using the above-mentioned results of experiments and theoretical analysis, and based on thought of hydraulic driven and bi-direction compression, the hydraulic system and compression parts of the HBP BBP are re-designed in terms of industrialization.
利用热分析技术,采用动态热重实验法,对我国的三大农作物秸秆在不同升温速率下的燃烧动力学特性进行了较系统的研究。得到了各原料在不同升温速率下的动力学参数;建立了秸秆燃烧的动力学模型,该模型反映了秸秆迅速燃烧区的动力学过程。 4 对秸秆成型燃料的燃烧特性进行了试验研究。着重研究了秸秆河南农业大学博士学位论文巫的种类、温度、空气供给量、成型燃料密度、直径、质量对成型燃料燃烧速度的影响并得出如下主要结论:①秸秆成型燃料的燃烧方式属于静态渗透式扩散燃烧。②秸秆成型燃料燃烧速度受温度的影响大于通风量燃烧速度的影响:燃烧温度越高,挥发分析出速度越快,燃烧平稳性愈差。③成型燃料密度影响成型燃料挥发分的析出速度,影响燃烧速度。④成型燃料直径和质量的增加,使得燃烧初期的平均燃烧速度增大,中后期的平均燃烧速度相对平稳。⑤秸秆成型燃料含挥发分比例高,因此合理配风下的控温燃烧是保证其完全燃烧的关键。 5运用已取得的试验和理论分析结果,以液压驱动、双向成型为基础,从产业化的角度对HBP型成型机进行了液压系统和成型部件的改进设计;同时采用了二级预压机构,使该成型机的生产率达到 500kg.hd;单位能耗 60kwh。上'左右,磨损件修复周期 300小时左右,基本解决了影响生物质固化技术在国内推广的技术难题。

In this paper, The influence of heat set and dyeing on the structure of PTT fiber was investigated by FT-IR, DSC, critical dissolution time. The influence of heat set on the dyeability of PTT fiber was discussed, too. Meanwhile, many experiments on the dyeing performance of PET fiber were carried out. The effect of different dyeing temperature on the uptake and visual color depth value and dyeing characteristics of different dyes with temperature increasing were discussed, and the influence of temperature on the dyeing depth were also evaluated when dyeing for PTT and PET fiber in the same dye bath condition. Especially the kinetics and thermodynamics of dyeing with disperse dyes were mainly studied.
目前,我国对PTT染色性能方面研究报道还少,本文用傅立叶红外光谱、差热分析、临界溶解时间等分析方法研究了热定型和染色对PTT纤维结构的影响,探讨了热定型对PTT纤维可染性的影响,同时进行了多项PTT纤维的基本染色性能试验,探讨了不同染色温度对上染百分率及表观色深值的影响、不同染料的升温上染特性、不同染料的移染性能和染深性能以及PTT和PET纤维同浴染色时染色温度对它们的染色深度的影响。

It was found that electrical field strength and potential around the the sample changed less in the fully insulated chamber than in conducting material phytotron, so it is closer the real condition. Based on the design, the first fully insulated large artificial climate chamber in China, in which temperature , humidity, and atmospheric pressure can be regulated, has been built in our laboratory. The paper developed an insulation parameters automatic test system of high voltage capacitive equipment based on LabVIEW. In the chamber, On-line tanδmeasurements of the capacitive transformer bushings were completed. The effects of environmental factors on tanδwere analyzed, and the curves between the tanδand the environment parameters were acquired. Then, a grey relational model to analyze the effects of main environmental factors on tanδwas built, and the grey relational grade between them was gained in this paper.
完成的主要工作和取得的主要研究成果如下:提出了全绝缘型人工气候室设计方案,计算分析了气候室内悬挂绝缘子和套管时的空间电场分布情况,并和金属材质气候室相比较,论证了该方案的优越性,据此方案研制的全绝缘人工气候室可调节温度、湿度和压力等参数,满足了人工气候试验的要求;开发了基于虚拟仪器技术的高压电容型设备绝缘特性自动测试系统,完成了人工气候室内变压器套管tanδ的在线测量试验,以此为基础分析了环境因素对电容型设备tanδ的影响情况,获得了tanδ与环境参数的关系曲线,建立了环境因素对tanδ影响的灰关联分析模型,得到了主要环境参数与电容型设备tanδ的灰关联度。

The conclusions of the study were as follows: 1 Prompts to self-explain promoted procedural learning, procedural near transfer, procedural far transfer. But prompts to self-explain didn"t promoted students" success on the conceptual assessment. 2 Direct instruction on a correct procedure and the cause lead to greater procedural learning, procedural near transfer, procedural far transfer than direct instruction on a correct procedure only. The difference was remarkable. But it didn"t promote students" success on the conceptual assessment. 3 Self-explanation promoted the invention and using of various correct procedures. The subjects, which under direct instruction on a correct procedure and the cause condition, made further use of correct procedures and more averagely. Both self-explanation and instruction of the cause strengthened correct procedures and weakened incorrect procedures.

Based on this survey, a multi-sided QOL assessment has made on such aspects as material condition, physical, psychological and social functions of the subjects investigated. The results show that (1) retirees score less than those on the job in terms of general evaluation, physical, psychological, social functions, ect.;(2) physical and psychological factors are the main facts affecting the retirees' QOL. On deeper analysis , physical and psychological diseases play the most important role on their QOL.
