The Underwriter may terminate its commitment under the Underwriting Agreement at any time prior to the Latest Time for Termination if: there shall develop, occur, exist or come into effect: any new law or regulation or any change in existing laws or regulations or any change in the interpretation or application thereof by any court or other competent authority in Hong Kong or any other place in which any member of the Group conducts or carries on business; or any event or series of events resulting or likely to result in any change in local, national or international financial, political, military, industrial, economic or market conditions; or any change in the conditions of local, national or international securities markets (including but without limitation, the imposition of any moratorium, suspension or restriction on trading in securities generally on the Stock Exchange due to exceptional financial circumstances or otherwise); or any change or development involving a prospective change in Hong Kong taxation or exchange control which will or may affect the Group or a proportion of the existing Shareholders of the Company in their capacity as such, which, in the reasonable opinion of the Underwriter:(1) is or will or is likely to have a material adverse effect on the business or financial condition of the Group as a whole or the Rights Issue; or (2) has or will have or is likely to have a material adverse effect on the success of the Rights Issue or the level of Rights Shares taken up; or (3) makes it inadvisable or inexpedient for the Company to proceed with the Rights Issue; or there comes to the notice of the Underwriter: any matter or event showing any of the representations, warranties and undertakings made by PIL and the Company was, when given, untrue or misleading or as having been breached in any respect; or any breach by any of the other parties to the Underwriting Agreement of any of their respective obligations or undertakings under the Underwriting Agreement or under any of the PIL Letter of Undertaking, Option Undertakings or the Sub-underwriting Letter, then and in any such case the Underwriter may, upon giving notice to the Company and PIL, terminate the Underwriting Agreement with immediate effect.

Primarily, the thesis assays the condition of network framework, the network was divided into three levels in terms of network management in order to establish the distributed method ,and still pointing out the intention and denotation of studying the Topology Discovery.Next, the thesis analyzes SNMP protocol minutely, including its development, principle, and the Network Management system that established on the SNMP protocol. Have analysed MIB in detail and the application way of MIB in network management .The thesis also assays the ICMP protocol, describing its working principle and the format of datagram minutely , and describing two important tools of ICMP- Ping and TraceRoute in detail. On the base of upper analysis, the thesis expounds a kind of distributed Topology Discovery project, and book it in one autonomy system. Topology Discovery was divided into two levels in terms of network management, and analyses the way of linking up between the two level. The thesis minutely assays Router-Level Topology Discovery technology basing on SNMP and Subnet-Level Topology Discovery technology basing on ARP and ICMP. According to these analyses, the thesis explores the specific methodology and the technology of XML data object which using the WinSNMP API to achieve topology discovering system on the development platform of Visual C++, and also analyses the technology of topology analysis and topology graph minutely. Moreover, the thesis assays the technology of basic firewall and Topology Discovery response strategy. At the same time, the numerical calculation process of ABAQUS indicates that whether the geostatic stress is balanced or not has great effect on the numerical convergence. In view of the effect extent of dilation angle of soil on the ultimate bearing capacity and the failure pattern of foundation, the condition of two-dimensional plane strain is higher than that of the three-dimensional foundation.

Based on the theories of rheology, Non-Newtonian Fluid Mechanics, petroleum chemistry, crystallography and pipeline technology etc. and sampling Huabei crudes, experimental indexes and programmes are drew out, integrating the oil properties and parameter analysis; in terms of the macro analysis of continuum mechanics, substantial experiments are conducted with HAAKE RS600 rotational rheometer and the rheological equation as well as the viscosity-temperature equation are further developed with tested rhrogramme and viscosity-temperature curve, respectively. Beased on the researches on thixotropic mechanism and thixotropy fluid property, hysteresis loop curve, structure failure and viscosity build-up curve as well as shear stress decrement curve for one type oil are first present in this paper. According to the theoretical researches and testing results, a novel thixotropy equationwith τ=τ_∞e~ pattern, which is of hi-accuracy, few parameter and simplicity, is developed.Considering the influence of various parameters on rheological behaviour, depressant adding condition is optimized and experimental evaluation on BEM-5P is conducted, which further unrip its mechanism on the Huabei crude. A corresponding viable pipe transportion programmel is also recommended.
本文基于原油流变学、非牛顿流体力学、石油化学、结晶学、原油管输工艺学等理论,以华北原油为研究对象,结合原油物性及实验影响因素分析,制定出实验研究的评价指标及实验方案;从连续介质力学宏观分析的角度,利用HAAKE RS600高端旋转流变仪开展了大量的室内实验,并运用微观研究方法,测定了油样的流变曲线和粘温曲线,建立了流变方程和粘温方程;通过对触变性机理和触变性流体特征的研究,首次对华北原油测定出滞回环曲线、结构破坏与恢复粘时曲线、剪切应力裂降过程曲线,并在理论研究和实验结果的基础之上,建立了能定量描述含蜡原油剪切应力裂降过程的新型三参数触变模式τ=τ_∞e~b/(t+c,该模型具有精度高、参数少、实验简便且适用性强的特点;通过对含蜡原油流变性的影响因素理论研究,开展了加剂条件优选及BEM-5P降凝剂室内评价实验,进一步揭示了降凝剂对华北原油作用机理,在此基础之上,提出了华北原油管输的可行性方案。

Additionally, the growth of the pathogen was obviously affected by cultural media. The morphological characters such as colony color and diameter, and production of fruit body of the fungus growing on PDA, 10% V8, apple leaves dextrose agar and apple leaves extraction dextrose agar media were different. The fungus formed colonies of about 8mm in diameter and did not produce fruit bodies and aerial hyphae in 1 month incubation on PDA. However it formed the similar size colonies as on PDA and produced fruit bodies and aerial hyphae on 10% V8 and LDA media in the same incubation period. Very small colonies (2mm in diameter) and fruit bodies were found on LEDA media in the same incubation condition. These results indicated that successful isolation of M. coronaria from apple leaves depended on suitable isolation method and cultural media as well as fresh samples.

The main research work of this dissertation is as follows: Based on the chemical reaction engineering theory and the nitrobenzene electroreduction mechanism, the plate and frame electrolyzer was designed and applied to the process of electroreduction nitrobenzene to p-aminophenol. This dissertation measured the residence time distribution data of the electrolyzer by means of the pulse response method and studied the rule of flow pattern along with the current capacity change. Under different conditions ,this dissertation studied the cyclic voltammetry properties of nitrobenzene on different electrodes by means of the dynamic cyclic voltammetry method and the electrode materials applied to the NB electroreduction have been selected primarily.Baseed on the results of cyclic voltammetry tests, this dissertation used p-electrode systems to measure the steady-state- polarization curves of nitrobenzene on different electrodes in H-type diaphragm cell, and obtained each primary factor s influence rule and the exchange current density value of each electrode.And then on the basis of the conclusions of fundamental researchs upword, the effects of influence factors on the the yield of p-aminophenol and the current efficiency,such as electrode material, current density, quantity of electricity circulated, nitrobenzene concentration . sulpuric acid concentration and so on, have been studied in detail in the systems of hign temperature , strong acidity and oxygen-poorthrough a series of electrolysis experiments in this paper.After all using Pb as anode Monel metal as cathode Dupont Nafion 417 cation-exchange membrane as membrane, this dissertation obtained the optimum technological condition: reaction temperature about 85C, current density 500A m-2, sulphuric acid concentration 20%wt.
