In our research on study chemical reaction of active methylene compounds and brom-acetophenone. Because of brom-acetophenone is compound that contain carbonyl and halogen ,which will take place electrophilic substitution and nucleophilic addition. When active methylene compounds are ethyl acetoacetate and β-diketone, controlling reaction condition, we have found that mono-substitution's production and di-substitution's. production is isolated; active methylene compounds are acetoacetanilide and acetoacetanilide derivate, pyrrolidin-2-one derivants were obtained by substitution and close-ring reaction .but there is no report about it.

It suggested that the specific binding of CpG-ODN with TLR9 very possibly needs a specifical exterior condition, an acidic pH.

Through the study of metallographic specimen and the inclusions through electrolyzation under SEM, it is indicated that the Ti-deoxidized products are globular compound inclusions with the size of 1~3μm in this experiment condition. Based on EBSD the phase composition has been analyzed and it indicated that these globular compound inclusions are Ti2O3 and MnS with nucleating center Ti2O3, which can prompt to nucleate IGF.

In order to complete the investigation, impersonality feasible experiment solutions and devices are designed independently to systemically investigate on activation and transfer characteristic of soil heavy metal under acid rain effect. Primary results are shown as followings:1. PH measuring results of soil solution and eluviation solution show that the ability of experimental plot the acid buffer capacity of soil is stronger under the experiment condition,there is no obvious acidification in soil which after acid rain eluviation.The result has substantial differences with that gotten by most of investigationers in similar work before.
