On the other hand, we hold a mechanical idea that romanticism develops itself from the conflict with the classicism、the realism、the modernism, so the essence of the romanticism is subjectively and lopsidedly established, that makes the concept of romanticism lose its function as a symbol.

We mainly investigate impulsive parabolic systems with time delay and neutral impulsive parabolic systems. Section 3.1 discusses the oscillation of impulsive parabolic systems with time delay under Robin boundary condition and obtains some useful criteria via first order impulsive differential inequalities with time delay. Section 3.2 studies the oscillation of neutral impulsive parabolic systems under Neumann boundary condition and Robin boundary condition, respectively, and obtains some sufficient conditions for oscillation and strong oscillation via first order neutral impulsive differential inequalities.

On basis of the ecological construction strategic targets presented by the governments of the country and Ningxia,Wuzhong and the caustic condions of different ecological system in defferent areas, the author design the models of ecological restoration and reconstruction for the different ecological areas and how to use them.
